My family stays here all the time. Rooms have awesome view of mountains if they are facing north. If facing South you can see the helicopter landing pad on the hospital. Makes you feel really grateful when you're having a bad day that you're not the guy being airlifted to a trauma center.

I would honestly give them zero stars if it was an option but I guess I can give them one pity star. As I live in the neighbourhood and drive-by this hotel every day it was the first option that came to mind one late evening when I couldn’t sleep at home due to a gas leak nearby. Desperately to find a nearby place to rest I approached the front desk employee who before even taking a moment to hear why I’ve come in very rudely told me he was full. I found this very hard to believe as it was midweek during low season and curtains in the buildings suites were all wide open. I was very disappointed with my neighbours and can’t help to think every time I drive by now what a shame it is that they are a part of my community.

Our family group consisted between 8 -10 people for staying at the Park Inn for a week while a family member was in the hospital. The front staff was helpful. The true gem of the place and our staywas the cafe staff, in particular Janice. She is charming, compassionate and kept us entertained with her humour. We would return just to see her! The evening waiter however was not as pleasant, with his rude manners and unfriendly mannerism. Rooms were clean and NO bed bugs!

The hotel was fine. Clean, and quiet. We got what we paid for with the price. Small almost electrical fire due to a bad bulb in a lamp. Need more light in the rooms, it was very dark. Not sure I would stay there again, not very close to what I wanted to be by.

Nice hotel in good location. Clean rooms good for business or pleasure. Plenty of underground parking. City view rooms have spectacular views from the balcony.

Affordable and clean. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the city. Even saw the fireworks on English Bay from our bed. Very friendly staff that was helpful when suggesting restaurants and things to do.

Good place to stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms have been remodeled recently and were very clean and nice. The location is central and makes getting to various places easy. Have stayed there several times and would do it again.

Nice hotel! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are nice and CLEAN, which is what matters the most to us. We had a fridge and microwave, which was a plus. Out TV didn't work the first night, but they fixed it the next day while we were out sightseeing. The key cards to the rooms are not good quality though. We had trouble opening our door twice, but the stuff at the reception were very helpful and fixed them immediately. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable too. The location is really good if you want to see Granville Island and Stanley Park. I would choose this hotel again.

Very recently I booked a room at the Park Inn on West Broadway as my husband was scheduled for surgery at VGH. A lady at the reservation desk whose name is Vivian, was very patient with me and accommodating which I appreciated so much as this was a difficult and complicated situation.
Thank you Vivian, the Park Inn is very fortunate to have you as an employee!

Delicious chicken burger at the restaurant. Was not a big fan of regular burgers. Fries were to die for amazing food great atmosphere very laid back.

Chose to stay there for the proximity to VGH. Room was quite large with a king size bed. Floors were a little dirt as was the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable with nice thick pillows. For its location it was very quiet, didn't hear many sirens.

Nice skyline view if you're on the right side. Really small spot, but clean. Staff and service is amazing. It's located in a centralized area with lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance.
