Great customer service, they bring you water and chocolate in the afternoon which was a nice touch. The front desk was helpful in giving us places to check out when we were in town and gave us discounts to the aquarium. Very trendy and upscale rooms with good views. Will stay there again for sure!

We have stayed in 17 hotels on this trip, The Loden Hotel is by far the best. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, superb extremely clean room with every amenity included, location perfect and above all the most helpful, kindest staff that you could ever wish to meet. We never return to the same location but having experienced the best customer service, fantastic, friendly helpful hotel, we may just return to Vancouver again. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. They even have a free taxi service to local areas, complimentary refreshments are available throughout the day. 5 stars is not enough for this hotel.

Classy boutique hotel located right downtown Vancouver. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. They have a large gym and rental bikes you could use free of charge to explore the city for up to 3 hours. I would highly recommend this hotel and their amazing service.

Absolutely accommodating with every request! The rooms are perfect and the bathrooms are dreamy. The hotel is close to everything and has great views (if you're high enough). Though it was expensive, I feel I got exactly what I paid for. 10/10 would come again.

The service and attentiveness of the personnel at the Loden Hotel is exemplary!!! It was the best care we have ever received! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a fantastic stay. The decor of the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The food was delicious. It was raining during our stay and they provided new umbrellas every time we left the hotel for an outing. We HIGHLY recommend staying at the Loden Hotel!!!!!

Staff super friendly and over the top Fantastic. The rooms were gorgeous. I highly recommend the sanctuary rooms. Free bikes for use just need to reserve them. They also have a free shuttle for anywhere downtown. Ten minute walk from Stanley Park. Great restaurants all around. Will definitely be staying again.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our room was stunning, the turn down service was unexpected and amazing. And the Tub.Oh My Gosh.I could have spent the weekend in the tub. If you get the chance, STAY HERE!!!

It was my first time visiting Vancouver this passed week and my boyfriend and I stayed at the Loden Hotel. This hotel was by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so welcoming and so informative. They made sure we had transportation (with the hotel car) everywhere we went, made reservations to some really great restaurants for us and checking in and out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I can't express enough how amazing my experience was. We're already planning our trip back!!!!

From the moment we pulled up and the valet took the car we where treated with the utmost care and respect. The room was nicely appointed. We had a 4 course dinner with wine pairing reserved at the Hotel restaurant, it was a very busy evening (as is to be expected) but the meal went off without a hitch upon returning to our room they had done turn down service which included rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries and a surprise gift. The next morning we opted for breakfast in our room which arrived in less than 20 minutes from being ordered. We had 90 minute massages booked at the hotel for 12:30 but we where also supposed to be checked out by 1pm so they extended out stay to include returning to our room after our massages. Well done Loden Hotel! We will be back.

Check-in was completely hassle free and, overall, the staff was very sincere and accommodating. Our comfort and satisfaction was genuinely a top priority. The room was in immaculate condition. Trim and fixtures are all modern and very appealing. Most importantly, the mattress was crisp and comfortable and I had a very comfortable night of sleep. Overnight valet is available and very affordable for the downtown core. Wi-Fi is fast. The added benefit of having an attached restaurant meant room service was quick, high quality and reasonably priced. Not to mention the convenience of being able to have drinks and an evening cocktail without having to leave the hotel. The central location means getting anywhere in Coal Harbor or the downtown core is a breeze, especially when you take advantage of their house car service.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and awesome views of downtown. Clean and quiet even though it is right in the middle of everything. The gym is well stocked and clean.
Customer service is excellent. We left our passports in the hotel safe and realized it when we got to the airport. I called the front desk, gave them the code, and they immediately got the passports and sent them to the airport in a cab, helping us avoid having to change any of our travel plans.
The Loden staff really saved the day for us!response / report this review
