Lovely hotel, helpful staff who are quite keen and vocal about being tipped. Enjoyed my stay but internet not good, they charge $9:95 per day for a supposedly better one so the normal one is quite terrible to encourage you to pay. Otherwise fine. Here is my morning breakfast room service deliver with 4 glasses of water 😂
Good value. Free parking, free shuttle to the nearest Skytrain station. Decent restaurant and bar. Rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Large mall nearby and a number of chain restaurants. If you need to stay in Surrey, this is probably best brand name hotel.
Great hotel and area to stay, if you don't need to be downtown Vancouver. I saw a sign indicating that the hotel was being renovated, but other than construction workers, I saw nor heard any sign of them, which I was grateful for. Housekeeping, front desk and room service staff were all extremely polite, friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I recommend and I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Everything was great except not having a microwave. We had great service and any question or need was accommodated or resolved quickly and with tremendous professionalism. We were upgraded to a room on one of the recently renovated floors to accommodate our larger family at no extra charge. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet with a great view.
Nice pool. Nice fitness room. Bed was comfortable but sheets not pressed. Slow free WiFi and only 4 devices.
Rooms were big and clean, bathrooms dated, shower heads made for short people. No fridges in the rooms, only one ice machine for multiple floors. Outdoor pool was nice, but hot tub needs to be bigger and a foot deeper. Pay parking is sort of insulting. More of a 3.5.
Recently renovated hotel in a very convenient location in Surrey. Close proximity to route 1 makes it easy to get into town and allows for quick access to the highway. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern, with a great view as long as you're staying above the 5th floor. Parking is underground and is $9 a day for guests. Hotel lounge/bar area is also modern too, and has a great beer selection.
Best hotel in Surrey by far, but that's mainly because their competition is weak. Still this hotel surpassed my expectations and had great rooms and service. Good location south of the Fraser River. Close enough to highway 1 if traveling to nearby cities.
We stayed here as it was fairly closes to Vancouver, and was cheaper then hotels downtown. Upon arrival we parked it the underground lot. $9 per night was very affordable and there was lots of space. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast for 2 was included, and it was very good. The only bad thing about our stay was that there was a body builder convention going on, and there were quite a few freakshoes around, and most of these guys were not very nice. The hotel was very good.
Great staff, located near a major mall. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms recently renovated too.
Attended work conference and had an excellent experience at the hotel. Granted, it was a very limited exposure to all of the areas and services but the hotel was well kept, clean, and the lunch was delicious.
Great service, beautiful renovation in progress. We are having a convention here soon, and the staff has been excellent and professional in everything needed. Very friendly people
I was speaking with the head manager about an issue I had with the hotel. She showed no care at all to make the situation better. Even if she didn't resolve the issue but if she was nice at least I wouldn't have felt so bad about it.
Went for a work function in one of their meeting rooms. The entire place was very clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and greeted you as you entered or left the building. Service was spit on, although I found the food a bit lacking. The salmon was dry and a little fishy, and the sides were a little one noted. However, the turkey and roast beef was cooked very well, so that was enjoyable. Overall a very pleasant experience.
