Modern, close to UBC, and very clean. Staff was professional too. Only problem I faced was that they didn't have toothpaste at the front desk. Room adjoins kitchen and living room, but is separated by a sliding door. Couch has a pull out bed.

I love this hotel because I love the location. It on the UBC campus, right next to a student residence called Gage Towers. The campus is large and beautiful with many gardens, trails and the famous Wreck Beach. There are quite a few places to eat on campus, and a couple of bars as well within walking distance. The hotel is reasonably priced for Vancouver, largely because it is so far away from the city centre. It is about a 30 minute bus ride into town. The rooms are well-appointed and large, all with balconies.

Clean, modern room. Kitchen was stocked with enough equipment to make most meals. Very quiet in the evening. Bed was not my type but comfortable.

Lovely suites I think! But if you would like the toilet paper, prepared some! By the way jump start for fresh, will be busy.

Quiet, clean, and spacious. Not for families, but excellent otherwise. There are no restaurants on the premises, but many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Have been there for a couple of days for a short termed business trip, because affordable rooms in downtown Vancouver have been more or less booked out. The suites are comfortable and spacious, and a lot of bus-stops are nearby. Commuting every day it takes not long to feel like a local resident. That's a nice side effect. If you have to visit Vancouver without too much touristic ambitions (but take your time, it is a great city) and you are not a night owl, then have a second look at UBC.

Clean and comfortable. They need a sign directing clients to the lobby, which is in the building next to the one with the suites. Some paper towels in the kitchen would be useful. There's a note on the pepper grinder asking people not to steal it. It's depressing our species includes specimens that make this necessary.

The suite was spacious for two, and the kitchen had everything that one would need for cooking (except an oven). The interior appeared to be new and clean, and the surrounding area was quiet.

This is on-campus lodging. The lobby is not in the same building so the first visit can be confusing, especially arriving late at night. However, the room more Thank makes up for it. Really nice suite with kitchen, dishwasher, and all the amenities one expects from a nice hotel.

Suite was beautiful and was close to everything on campus. It was also within walking distance to the nearby grocery store. Price was as expected in Vancouver. My biggest issue was that the phone system was having issues throughout my stay and randomly having loud issues. Fortunately I am quick to fall back to sleep because it happened 6 times throughout the night.

Room was a suite with a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. There is no tv in the bedroom. The kitchenette contained a cook top, small fridge, sink and super quiet dishwasher. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped so you could prepare most meals. An oven or a communal bbq would have made life a little easier. The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable. Overall the suite was very clean and well maintained. Reasonable value for the money spent. Parking is an additional cost of about $12 per night
