Amazing and attentive staff. As a flight Attendant I see a ton of hotels. This one is up there near the top. We came in late and the restaurant/bar was closed, so they had some sandwiches made for our crew. I realize that not everyone gets this treatment, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you. I can't wait to come back.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. A nice lake nearby to go exploring but not too much else around. Rooms are nice and the hotel has an outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. Restaurant connected has good food as well

Great value for the service. Great location close to the highway, 15min from downtown Victoria, away from the noise and traffic. The staff were very nice, professional, and quick in checking us in/out. The rooms were clean, inviting, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Room furnitures can use some upgrades.

Unfortunate circumstances brought me to the Island; I was attending my nephew's funeral. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant experience was the highlight of our short stay, they were intuitive and friendly.

Good hotel to stay in. The suites were setup really well with a separate lounge with another TV. The room was clean with all the amenities. The cleaning staff were excellent in servicing the room for the whole week.
