  Not a Best Western I would return to. I was expecting more. Definitely a Budget Best Western compared to all others we have stayed at.

  This hotel was fantastic! The room was very well decorated and very quiet. The exercise room was well equipped and very clean. There is a guest laundry area which was a huge help at the end of our stay. Hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. I would rate this as a "15" out of "10" because it was a really great place to stay! There is a restaurant on-site for breakfast and lunch but you have to go downtown to get dinner. It was very worth the value.

  We stayed at the best western Emerald Isle INN at Sidney on Vancouver Island, after being recommended by Family. It was only a 2 day stay, but we found it to be a welcoming place to stay and will definitely stay here again.
  The staff that we spoke to were all very friendly and professional, love that it is close to everything , you can walk to the town centre, the harbour, beach, restuaurants and everything else that Sidney has to offer.

  Booked the room last minute to save time and stress getting to an early am flight out of yyj. Was vary pleased with the room, made for a nice relaxing start to our adventure.

  Excellent stay! Friendly service and nice property. Décor and amenities feel recently upgraded. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend anyone travelling on business or for pleasure to stay here.

  We have stayed at your hotel several times in recent years because we always get good, cheerful service. We usually have the same room because you know what we like. You are in a convenient location for us while we are in Sydney and within a reasonable walk to one of our favourite restaurants The Bistro. Having a restaurant on site is convenient for an early morning start or a lazy one depending on that day's activities.
  We never have any problem recommending your hotel to our friends . We look forward to the next opportunity to visit you and Sydney,BC.
