Adorable place, clean, and located close to public transit! Amazing deal, will definitely stay here again!
I have stayed here a number of times since 2008 and always had a good experience. It's not new but clean and well kept, reasonably priced for a kitchen suite and reasonably quiet for being on a main Street. I plan to stay here in the future and recommend it.
We rented a room with a kitchenette. The room was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Victoria.
We did return in 2017. I was not as impressed this time. I thought the room we rented was very expensive for it's size. I think I will check other options next time we visit Victoria
Rooms were clean and renovated. However, the motel lacked a couple basic amenities such as a hairdryer and laundry bags. Wifi was excellent. Very nice service and well worth the price paid.
Really cozy rooms, and awesome staff! Great rooms for the rate, not too far out of the city and Downtown Victoria. Traffic getting out of the parking lot can be a little busy though. And there is no hairdryer in the washroom. A lot more spacious and well furnished than was expected though. 4/5, would stay again
Super cute, lots of large cedar trees kind of like being in Sherwood Forest but got car prowled one night. But honestly, that can happen anywhere in Victoria/Vancouver. Also, you can have a dog but you are not allowed to leave them in your room without you being there. When the old guy at the front desk told me this he was pretty condescending about it. Next!
Price is good, but it's old and outdated.
Stayed at the Robin Hood Motel once. Clean and convenient. Been around forever.
Great place to stay when you don't want to leave your dog at home. Was a little loud, but the traffic quiets down (during the week) after 9:30 or 10. The floor fan helps too. The room was older, but very clean. Hard to complain about anything given the cost. Very friendly front desk lady (Christine?). Probably a better location for summer stays, but it's a short car ride downtown. Also note, Google says there is a downtown shuttle..there is NOT a shuttle.
We were very impressed by the Robin Hood Motel. Though our room was dated, it was impressively clean, the staff was very friendly, and the price was excellent, especially after our CAA (AAA) discount. Quaint, quality accommodation--would recommend.
