I stayed here for a week, booked in advance.
To start off the rooms we're NOT what I expected from a four points.
Very disappointing. I did not like the customer service very much either, they were not ponctual at all, front desk was very rude and nothing in this hotel runs on a schedule.
My room was quiet cold seeing as my heater did not work, I asked front desk for a different room because I was staying for a week. The lady at the front told me if maintenance saw it necessary they would switch my room. Overall WORST experience. I will not be returning.

Not a guest, went for an event. But staff were extremely friendly and helpful, shuttle was timely, bag check was efficient. Facilities were clean and the lobby looked nice.

the hotel is located 5minutes away from the airport. there is a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes or so. parking is also available, free of charge for guests. the room is alright;quite standard with basic amenities. missing a fridge, but it is an option. the staff were extremely friendly and assisted our needs in a timely manner.

We missed our 7am flight and with no flight until the next morning so we were in a hurry to get into a hotel so we didn't have to stay in the airport and we booked a room at Four Points and they got us checked in by 8am and they even sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up. Lisa at the front was so friendly and accommodating! It was so great having such amazing customer service after such a hectic stressful morning. We also got room service for breakfast and the food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick! Thank you Four Points hotel!!

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and did their best. Location was extremely conveient to the airport and they had a free shuttle running back and forth from the airport - which helped when dropping my wife off. All in all would stay here again. Just didn't expect the parking charge when we got here which is 20 Canadian dollars per night. Not their fault since we booked through this party site. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location. Shuttle comes every 30 minutes on the hour. Although it is within walking distance, it is not pedestrian friendly with winding roadways. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed but tiny bathroom. Power out for 20 minutes while I was trying to check out so had to move toiletries etc out into the bed area to get ready for the day. Elevator was out as well. Thank goodness I was in shape to walk up four flights. Great staff.

The hotel was fine. They let us check in a bit early, and the staff were pleasant. The room was clean, nothing exceptional. Our one complaint was when we requested a 6AM shuttle to the airport. We came downstairs shortly before 6 to find that the shuttle had left without us. Not a huge deal, but frustrating. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location only a short walk from the arrival curb (maybe 5 mins). Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean and decent sized. Location is ideal spot it's also close to multiple freeways. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

I read the reviews the day before I arrived at this hotel and I have to say that people's expectations are a bit too high. I'm currently here right now. The rooms are perfectly fine and clean, checking in was a breeze with great customer service, and the lunch I had with my girlfriend was nice and fresh! The rooms are very quiet and you can't hear any planes or traffic. The A.C. is not as loud as some described as a jet engine. But hey, I'm easy to please. Thanks for your hospitality! I'd definitely return again. :)

Went there to meet someone. Had drinks at the bar and the service was right on it. Little pricey, but it was appreciated. The pizza is really good. Top notch dinner option.

Very disappointed with our experience while staying at this hotel. We stayed overnight and put our name on the list to take the shuttleor so we thought and were told. Later, when we went to get on the shuttle the front desk apparently never added us to the list delaying our trip to the airport and causing unnecessary churn.

Parking for the hotel night stay is also not covered. I understand paying more for parking for an extended duration, but I feel that the hotel stay parking should be covered for the nights that we are staying. They are essentially using paying customers to commercialize and subsidize their parking lot.

The room was unclean and the bathtub and sink drain did not work.

Very unexpected and disappointing from a Sheraton brand hotel.

We will not be staying at the hotel again.

My husband and I stayed for a layover here in March. Flight was in late and they were excellent. They let us have a late check out so we got a decent night sleep. Fast WiFi. Close to airport. Bed was a little hard, room was clean but nothing fancy. Air conditioning a little loud when it kicks in.
