I was in the hotel for a training and the experience was really good. There was a minor incident with my meals (my fault for not letting them know about my allergies, must clarify) and Victoria solved right away. For the next days she made sure my meals were ready and on time. Very good service!!!

Nicely updated hotel with lots of restaurants right nearby. Also pleasantly surprised that their internet was actually very fast, unlike most Holiday Inns that cap speed at ridiculously low rates. Overall I was very happy and would definitely stay here again on business.

Staff were very friendly and helpful for a professional event I attended recently. There's conf rooms on both the main floor and basement, we were in the basement. The facilities were adequate and somewhat spartan but very respectable. The hotel is newish and good for small to medium sized groups.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent facilities. I took off one star because the breakfast selection for strict vegetarians is pretty sad. We were there for three night and the hot options were always as follows: some sort of meat, and some sort off egg, and biscuits. Would it be too much to have a hot option that does not include meat, eggs and/or dairy, such as potatoes (which are cheap and can be prepared in a variety of different ways such as home fries, mash, hash, etc.)? Other than that, we had a good stay. Note that the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment (early October 2017), though the only impact this had on us was that only one of two elevators was in service.

The hotel is very clean, great location, but most of all special thanks to Diana who made our stay very special. She was very polite and friendly, thanks to her we will definitely come back! I truly hope her hard work and professionalism is recognized.

Clean, bright and well maintained. Staff are attentive. Breakfast is crowded and with the new renovation the breakfast selection is reduced. Have to wait for staff to refresh food.

Everything was good. Beds are clean, soft and comfortable. Room is very spacious.The view was spectacular. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It's worth it. Great job will stay again.

The double queen suite is nice. They offer a mini snack bar (at a price). Didn't use it, but it's there. Within a half mile there are at least a couple dozen restaurants. I had no idea of the Asian influence in the area before arriving, so I was happily surprised to find an abundance of different restaurants spanning many Asian cultures and styles. As a tip: a lot of the smaller restaurants only take cash. Oh, right, the hotel. The hotel is being renovated (which was reflected on their reservation page), so don't be surprised to hear some construction noise during the day. I believe they said they would be finished in June or so.

Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations. It will be fabulous once completed. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Both days we were here our room wasn't cleaned as of 2pm.The manager Joseph was extremely unhelpful. Told us staff had up until 4pm to get the room cleaned. Only had 1 maid per floor on the weekend. Would not come back.

Service was polite and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary, but food was mediocre. Rates were reasonable. Would recommend for a short stay if visiting surrounding area, but would not recommend for 7+ day vacations.

Arrived early in the morning and was told that they would do what they could in order to have my room ready before the standard 3pm check in time. Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and had my room ready by 11am. Very nice location and great staff. I'll be rebooking here for my next round of meetings in the coming months.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff are attentive. There is a well equipped gym and a pool. There's a washing machine and a dryer if you need it.
Each room has an iron, coffee machine and some snacks (which cost). There's a shop downstairs and you get free breakfast from a small buffet. Free coffee available 24 hrs but it's a pretty bland option.
There's no restaurant, there's no bar.
Comfortable for trips and business but not a true hotel.response / report this review
