Great location and Great staff/service, free parking. Hotel just across from Fallsview casino, next to the Skylon tower and 5 minutes walk down the steep hill is the Falls.
Hotel needs some updates and rooms definitely need better sound proofing as we can clearly hear what the next room family talking.
Hotel restaurant (Coco's) has good breakfast and decent pricing.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn at the Falls with my family at the end of August 2017. It has been a great experience. The location is just incredible. I can step outside the front door, look to the left, and get a glimpse of the Falls. It's just a five minute walk to the main parkway. The room is recently rennovated and everything felt clean. Parking is included, which is a huge money saver. For the location and price, I am very pleased with our stay.

We chose the double jacuzzi suite room #622 to stay for our anniversary. We were very disappointed. Tried the jacuzzi but only 3 of the 6 jets worked. Spoke with front desk and they said they would have head of housekeeping check it out. When we got back later in the day still wasn't working. Spoke to front desk again. This time they sent maintenance. When we returned we were told that maintenance said it worked. It still didn't. Obviously maintenance didn't bother to check both sets of jets. We are not very likely to book here again.

First time in Canada, from Brooklyn. Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was very enjoyable and clean, only used the outdoor one. Like a 10 minute walk to the falls and all the other attractions. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast buffet there was okay, nothing to write home about. It's a tourist area so nothing is really cheap. Everywhere around there hits you up with a tourist tax along with the already high 13% Canadian tax. A Starbucks coffee was $9!!!!

Rooms were not the cleanest. The floors were pretty dirty but no slippers were provided. For the price we paid for one night stay (on a Thursday) we expected more. Room was on ground floor next to back exit which made it noisy. View was one a parking lot with lots of trash around. Sketchy as well. I understand the concept of "you get what you pay for", but this room wasn't cheap. I've gotten way better rooms for less. Only thing good was the location of the hotel, which is quite close to the falls. 5 - 10 mins walk depending on your pace.

nice hotel with great service. pools both indoor and outdoor were nice and pretty clean. room was nice and spacious but bathroom was a little tight. the air conditioning was also making a loud noise so we had to keep changing the temperature to turn off the sound [weird, eh?] overall a great experience, thanks holiday inn!

Very nice rooms and employees very happy to accommodate to any issue you may have had. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was very poor I'd rate the food 2 out of 5 I encourage not to buy breakfast from the hotels restaurant. I had noticed everything you pay for at the hotel had a resort tax. It was odd and didn't understand why there was such feature to me I did not classify it as a resort of any sort and thought it was a money grab. Otherwise rooms were nice and very up to date

On March 22 2017 my husband and I booked the enchanted package we have booked this previously.I feel it was unfair to not be told at the time of our booking that the hotel was under renovations.Because my husband has COPD and the restaurant was closed we were told to walk next door for our free breakfast which was impossible for him to do .Therefor this did not happen. Our room was not the cleanest I could of signed in on the dresser and my husband found 2 pills on the floor under the table. We have stayed here before but this time was a real disappointment.Had we been told at the time of booking we would of made different arrangements for our Anniversary. The room smelt very stale. When I told them at the desk the reply was we are under renovation .We were very dissatisfied as this was a Special Holiday for us and it could of been avoided had we known about the renovations. We have enjoyed our stays before but for the price this was not a good deal!!

Great location close to Skylon Tower. Glad to have free parking asking with it. Would have been nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

This was a great location! It was currently going through refurbishment, so there was a lot of construction. Our room was already finished and the upgrades look really nice! The only thing i dislike about the place is that there are no additional outlets besides the ones for the lamps, to plug in phone chargers or anything. We had to unplug a lamp and the coffee maker.

Loved our room. There were four girls in one room it was spacious no microwave big balcony. You are not allowed to smoke on the balcony. Our view was part of falls and part of garbage dump. Service is super excellent. Asked for a toothbrush at 11 at night and they brought it 😁 would recommend and would go back there again. Across the casino and a super cool restaurant brasa within walking distance. Fast walk to the falls as well as the main Street. Next to art gallery opening up soon. Pretty awesome all together and reasonably priced

No problems with the room or front desk. Ate at in hotel restaurant and food was good. Hotel is about half a block from nice mall, bus, and casino. About 2 blocks downhill to Niagara Falls. Parking was adequate. Pools were clean and not too crowded.
