This hotel is in the middle of renovations so the main areas are still in construction. Our room was great, updated and clean. Airport shuttle convenient. Overall even despite the construction I think this hotel was pretty good.

Great staff and the new rooms are beautiful but we booked well in advance without knowing that our room selection (family suite) is no longer an option. Also only one elevator in service and construction going non stop. Dust everywhere even makes breathing a pain. Would have been nice to have had a heads up.

The hotel is currently undergoing a massive renovation so there's alot of dust and construction noise, and access to the reception and elevators is somewhat limited. On top of that the Hotel restaurant is also closed for renovations. I was not advised of any of this when booking my stay. I was given one of the recently renovated suites, which was nicely but not particularly clean.

I really liked this hotel. Our room was gorgeous. Clean, spacious, quiet.
Desk staff were very friendly. The restaurant was okay, could improve, but no real complaints.
It is currently under construction which makes it quite chaotic at check in but, getting past that, this was one of my better hotel experiences.

We are very impressed with the suite, very nicely finished and very comfortable, just can’t say enough good about our whole experience! It was a layover for us and we didn’t arrive until 6:30 AM and the front desk allowed us to keep the room until 2 PM at no extra charge. Yes the hotel is under renovations and there are some noise associated with that But there are always growing pains to make things better. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone! Location to the Trono airport is excellent!

WORST hotel experience ever! We booked a non-smoking room online to arrive and find out that the hotel was fully booked and we had to stay in a smoking room. It smelled so awful that we ended up buying febreeze to spray. I had a child and an elderly with us. The hotel staff was unfriendly and basic told us that we could just leave. Never staying at any Choice Hotel ever again!

Room is very nice. However I wasn't informed that I'd have to pay for parking. I think this is the first quality in that has required me to pay for parking. I don't like surprises on trips. I probably would have stayed somewhere else if I'd known.

Stayed at his hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is currently going through renovation on the top floors so when we got there the grounds were a bit messy. Checking in was fast and easy. However there was only one of the three elevators working which took a while for us to get on this was about 8pm. When we got off the elevator on the 5th floor the carpet in the hallways were stained and looked very dirty which we assumed was from the construction. We got to our roomed opened our door and was completely taken back by how dirty and stained the carpet and chairs were. We went back down stairs and was offered another room on the 6th floor which was even worst. We were told by other guest that the rooms on the top floors were much more appealing and when we asked at the front desk we were offered a room on the 12 floor at the same rate but we were informed that those rooms caused more because they were renovated. Hallway was a bit messy on the 12 floor but was completely forgotten when we walked in our room. The room was beautifully renovated however it only had one bed and the sofa bed where we had book a room with two beds. Our stay was pleasant with the exception of the slow one working elevator and the stained carpet and chairs we first encountered. All rooms need to be renovated not just the upper floors and your front desk staff needs to know what the rooms look like along with housekeeping.

We've stayed at the hotel several times and we've always had great experiences! The rooms are very spacious and clean and staff are always there to help. The location is close to the airport with lots of parking if you're planning on leaving your car there to go on trips! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our room was clean and tidy. Warm and cozy. Fair price. This was a quiet place to stay the night. We slept well and enjoyed a good warm shower. I will definitely use this place again.

My experience at the Quality Suites Toronto Airport can be described as Meh. Upon arriving into what appeared to be a OK layover flight hotel was meh. When I walked inside the building I watched a security guard wrestle two homeless men out of the building. Which got me questioning myself a little. After taking the elevator which smelt like weed. The whole floor that my room was on smelt awful and was just terrible. I felt that the bed in the room was comfortable but very awkwardly designed room. If you need a layover flight place this would be the place apart from that I would recommend not staying here.

Nice hotel. Clean. Only thing was you could hear the planes every 5 min. But its beside the airport. Not much you.can do about it. Had a good time.

A very nicely appointed hotel.
Relatively quiet.
A pleasant meal was brought to the room from the restaurant at the foot of the hotel.
The price is average for the location.
The bathroom was clean and had modern fixtures.
The bedding and furnishings were well maintained.

I am American, so when i got there to pay for my room, of course my card didn't work because I didn't let my bank know, before i left the States. When I arrived, the woman at the desk who was training as well, announced to me and the patrons behind me my card was declined. I started to let go, since she was training and probably didn't realize her choice of words were poor, until she announced it a second time. By that time I was already upset and late for a poetry competition. Her words should have been, your payment isn't going through would like to use a different card, instead of looking at me like I knew my card wouldn't work. The receipt said not approved, not declined. This just coming from someone who has worked in customer service for a very long time, there is actually a wrong and a right way to say things. When I returned to the hotel that evening the night auditor was very helpful and very understanding. Allowed me to pay with another card. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. Tub was clogged, but thats no biggie.

The room was nice and a great size for the amount of people staying with me

We used this location for three couples to share while we attended the Toronto International Bike Show.

The room was clean, and knew well in advance that we had 3 couples. We had to request extra towels for all of us ( only supplied 4 for 6 adults.)

The mattresses were softalmost too soft. But the worst thing was the pull out sofa bed..do not useit's horrible.

I seriously thought the other couple would have been better off on the floor..it was past worn..it was done ..sagging horrible in the middle.

We approached the front about it but was nothing they could do.

Also had to request blankets and pillows for the sofa sleeper . Would only give us 2 pillows for the 3rd couple.

In conclusion, if it is just a couple or twoit's fine..but fail when it comes to 6 people.

Also you have to pay for parking. We were totally unaware of this fact. Not their fault, but should list in in their costs.was not included in the reservation costs.
