What a fantastic place to stay! The staff are friendly, personable and give exemplary professional service. Munir and Zafir were wonderful and Keene is your go to if you want amazing coffee. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the entire hotel has a beautiful atmosphere. You can catch the free shuttle to the airport to get on the UP train which takes you downtown to explore the city. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Thank you for your great service and hospitality.

I wasn't overly impressed. The rooms and decor was nice but the service wasn't great. We slept in and didn't leave the room until about noon. Hoping it would be cleaned when we returned at 5pm but wasn't. Called the service desk and said we were leaving in 10 minutes and they said they would be right up to tidy the room. When we returned around 9pm, no one had shown up. We called again and they finally came up once we were in our room. I do have to say that everyone at the bar was awesome, especially Jose!

The room was very clean which is really the most important thing. I was really surprised that I had to pay an extra 10 bucks for the Internet considering everywhere else it's included. The continental breakfast is extra as well. The place is pretty cheap. The saving grace is the free transport to and from the airport because from the airport you can purchase a round trip to downtown for 12 bucks and take the train in. Of course the driver looks like he expects a tip for taking you so free with guilt trip or just tip the guy. I mean it's a vacation so just give the guy his tip.

As usual their service was consistent and fast. I never ask for many requests but when i do it is fast. The rooms and workout facilities are clean as well

It was my anniversary Aug 19 and inquired if an upgrade available. They didn't, as hotel was full, sure I understand. Front desk offered to send me an amenities package instead at 10:30 pm. I didn't get anything and even when I had inquired and was told they were looking into it, they did not get back and nothing was sent. Very poor service for such an expensive hotel room. Really sad that Westin brand has such poor client service

Staff is very nice and accommodated for all our event's needs. The suites were also great. Parking is standard for hotels next to airport, all day parking is $25. If you need to wait a couple hours for a flight after you check out, the lobby is a great place to do that with a bar and restaurant right in the main lobby. Overall my experience was great and my expectations were meet by staff and the hotel environment.

The service was exceptional with the exception encounter at the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable. After flight delays and missed connections the friendly staff checked us in quickly, and brought an easy and comfortable end to a stressful day. Don't know what the breakfast is like but had a wonderful soup and salad for dinner. Would definitely go back to the airport Westin

Pleasantly surprised. Completely renovated, clean and tastefully decorated. Sitting at the bar browsing their wine and good menu now. Alligator tail snacks, who would have thought! Munir (concierge) was very helpful, knowledge able, polite, helped us settle right in. Relaxed, Hydrated and ready for our flight in the morning!! A variety of restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed here last weekend while I attended a conference. The service I received right from the first moment to final checkout was outstanding. The staff attending to our conference were wonderful. The room was really nice, modern and comfortable. I have to say that the staff at this hotel are exceptional and I would certainly stay here again.

This is a brief review of their professional event space/management at Sutton Hall. The service was excellent and the staff were great. No complaints there. The dinner was just okay as was the seating arrangement (chairs could be more comfortable). There was only one secondary screen, which seemed a little lacking for a round-table arrangement. I can appreciate that a number of these things can depend on the package the event organizers had chosen, but a lack of attention to certain details was unfortunate - most cutlery and glassware had been used beyond their lifespan (the soup spoons were as scratched up as they could be); the dessert and tea/coffee spread had not napkins put out. Little things like that make for a less than satisfactory experience.

The Bell man each morning was Amazing. He always held the door. Asked if we needed anything at all. Was quick to get us what we needed. When I checked in there was an empty water bottle on the floor which was disappointing it didn't feel like it was a freshly cleaned room anymore. Other than that it would have been a 4 star rating.

Near the airport, with a free shuttle to and from the hotel and airport. Went for a two day conference. Recently renovated spaces looked refreshed. Catered lunch was fine the first day with salads and sandwiches, but was happily surprised with the degree of doneness and tenderness of the steak and veg lunch on the second day. Staff are readily on hand to clear things away and serve. Rooms were setup with the needed technologies. Only minor complaint would be the lack of attendant to help with the finickiness of the parking gate when using a parking pass. Instructions would probably speed the process up. Cars were all backed up since every car had to figure out what to do. The hotel is a bit inconvenient for those relying on public transit.
