This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.

Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

We spent the weekend at this motel and the service was outstanding, with the clerk when we registered, and checked out, also the housekeeping staff. So very friendly, also over and beyond their job. My husband has been ill and trouble walking very far, the Hk. staff assisted us to our room, also looking after our luggage. The cafeteria staff also serving guest, polite, patient, and outstanding. They even assisted my husband by bring his breakfast to the table.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and fresh. And very quiet which made for a good nights sleep.
Thank you to all the staff, and management for helping to providing us with a very enjoyable weekend.

I've stayed here a lot as I working near by. Its friendly and clean. The location is handy for travelling and shopping, there is a large grocery store close by and restaurants around. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its a great little hotel.

I want my money back !!Looking for corporates number as I type. They put a hold on my MasterCard for 212. Last Thursday and told me it was deleted at the time which it wasn't told me I could retrieve my money by going to MasterCard it's now a week later MasterCard tells me the charge is still pending which means it wasn't deleted at all. I called to speak with the manager and he gave me the excuse that MasterCard doesn't care if you get your money back we do. In the same breathe he keeps saying if I don't calm down I won't be getting my money back he refuses to release the money stating it could take 10 more days because it was a long weekend. I'll keep posting this on all the reviews and websites until I get my money back.

This hotel needs some serious updating. Sign was hard to see from the road and not the well known blue best western sign it was a red one. There were holes in my sheets, ceiling was falling apart, hole in the bathroom wall and my sink leaked. Staff was very friendly but that was the only redeeming quality

Its a good place to stay in Brampton, Canada having good location, wast parking space and a good sleep in the night. You can stay with your family and friends. Staff is very polite and helpful. Cleanliness is good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel

The place looked fairly new, with some renovations still taking place. Here are some things I noticed:
The building is two story high, but the elevators takes forever, and moves very slowly.
The on-site laundry was quite abysmal - it's in the basement, in an non-ventilated room, with just one washer and one dryer. I went to use it around midnight, and could barely spend two minutes in that room, sweating like a pig.
The breakfast was not the best. Tough, overcooked sausage that was barely chew-able.
The one redeeming thing that made two extra stars in my review is this: housekeeping, even though I've not met them, was absolutely amazing. Whoever it was that serviced my room, I had a travel pillow in a shape of a monster that my wife sent with me, and the housekeeping made it a part of the pillow arrangement on the bed. Seeing that after coming back from a long shift at work, it just made my day. Thank you.response / report this review -

Nice breakfast and pool. Some of the new renovations appeared sloppy and not done with care--such as the tiling in the bathrooms and the new counter installations. The customer service was Excellent!

Dirty, renovations going on and it was all over our room floor. They start cleaning up breakfast and rush you out long before the 9:30 cutoff. Can't even get hot water from the tea/coffee machine at night unless you ask. It should be on all night for whenever you need it! It's just hot water!!

Nice hotel, clean lobby and rooms. Internet can be spotty and kick you off periodically​. Hot tub was cold and sauna was not as hot as I'd like it. Breakfast was good. Would recommend or stay again.

Changed rooms because of infestation,in washroom I'm not sure housecleaning are up to the task. They moved us to another room everything seemed good until I moved the lazy boy chair it was filthy called front desk to get someone to come and clean it and was told I would have to wait until next day, but after discussion they sent night manger to clean it up. Cleaning staff need to do a MUCH better job. I won't be back.

Just finished one night stay. Not too impressed with the room. Wife climbed into bed and startled by strange shaped item under bed sheet.
Upon inspection found Round Plastic Lid? Also, the sink had little to no hot water pressure. And the room could have been cleaner.
Trucks were parked on our room side and one actually took up about a dozen parking spaces. Parked sideways as it was large transport type.
Mentioned to front desk staff and was advised this was not generally acceptable. As I say not too impressed!!!response / report this review
