I waited in the lobby for about half an hour to pick up some co-workers. Then I got a survey! The lobby was great, very comfortable for the half hour.

Free parking, fairly close to the airport. I recommend seeing if you can get the corporate rate as it is decently discounted. No breakfast, but there is a convenience store in the lobby. Room was clean. The door-key mechanism did not work, but maintenance was quick to fix it. Overall it was a good experience.

the hotel is clean, good location- but te front desk staff goes to bed after midnight it seems.. no one here to help us out, we have 3 kids including an infant.. and its 42 degrees outside.. vent blowing out cold air now just doubling up the blankies and wearing socks to bed.. very disappointed :(

Hotel was very good, clean room, friendly staff. Had an issue with a room but was rectified after our final day. Would book here again no problem.

The room is super spacious , it has all.the amenities needed to make your night as comfortable as possible Really close to offices , super easy for work Staff friendly and you have to try the restaurant Delicious

Looks to be newly renovated, nice comfortable rooms, had the corner suite it accommodated all six of us with lots of extra room. Air conditioner a little loud. The only real reason for a four start and not five is because of how sketchy the parking lot was, and a lot of people just loitering around the side of the building. There was even postage in our hotel room to take extra caution with who comes to the door. Did not make a person feel you were in a safe area. We enjoyed out stay and felt that the costumer services was great.

Only problem I have is the use of cheap plastic cups in the room. Both drinking and coffee cups. It's a decent hotel and the cups provided scream cheap hwy motel.

The shower head was dirty and full of hard water buildup, the king room we got came with a queen mattress that sunk in the middle so I woke up with a really sore back, then finally in the morning house keeping came twice before check out once at 8 a.m. and again at 9 a.m. until I asked her to stop. I had stayed at the sandman hotel in oakville 2 nights earlier and they had great customer service and the room was about 40$ cheaper with a proper King sized bed.

Upon arrival check-in was relatively simple. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We needed to call down to have someone service our air conditioner as it wasn't working properly. On the second night, upon arriving back at the hotel, there were no parking spots left. I spoke to the gentleman at the counter, after pressing the buzzer, and he instructed me to park along the fire route, where several other cars had resorted to parking. Needless to say I did not want to do this as that would compromise the safety of guests should an emergency occur. He brushed off the concern and said it's private property and nobody would tow me or give me a ticket. Alternatively he suggested parking across the street in a random office building parking lot. I did not feel comfortable with this recommendation either. I informed him of a truck, with a trailer, that had taken up SEVEN parking spots. He brushed off that concern and said there wasn't anything he could do. I ended up parking in a row of other parked cars that were without a spot and woke up at 6am the next morning in order to move my car to an actual parking spot. This did not make for a relaxing experience. I was sent a survey to fill out regarding my experience during my stay and gave my feedback, as requested, and was met with an email from a manager stating that parking fills up because they are busy. I was not offered any further explanation or even how they were going to fix the poor experience. That being said, I usually stay at the Holiday Inn in Bronte, located in Oakville, where my status as a rewards member is recognized and my service complaints, if any, are addressed and fixed to our mutual satisfaction. This is where I will be staying from now on.

Room was clean and well prepared. Service was excellent. Only small blemish was a hairball in the pool. Everything else was superb.

Excellent staff. Reliable and fast wifi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, though the hotel is next to the highway and traffic noise in rooms on that side is constant. The in-house restaurant and bar is quite good, though the ambiance is somewhat bland. Small shop near the front desk for necessities and snacks. Fitness room is small.

The hotel was very convenient for my purpose, 1 star. The hotel was recommended & booked (highly recommended) by a manager from another hotel where I had being staying in another city. I stay in hotels for extended periods of time for my job. The room I was given was among as hockey team who ran the halls, slamming doors etc. I went to the desk & requested another room in a quieter section because I go to bed early & get up early for work. Was to be there for 2 more nights but checked out this morning & will go to another hotel. I got very little rest thanks to the other guests on my floor. Do not bother telling the front desk because they are oblivious to your concern.
You want a place to rest & sleep, go somewhere else. I will never recommend this hotel or stay in another.

My stay was very nice. The room was bigger and cleaner than I expected for the price, and the bedsheets were very soft and comfortable. I even woke up early and rested, which is uncommon for me, who stays up late. The breakfast food was half-decent, and the pool area was satisfactory.
