Fantastic stay in a single bedroom suite with kitchen. Very technologically advanced showers. Took me a while to figure it out.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant was always closed. Parking was alright. Beds were pretty comfortable but there was no counter space in the bathrooms. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Stayed there beginning of September and great experience. We booked a one bedroom suite but I was able to upgrade to a two bedroom suite upon check in for reasonable price. The front desk staff was really friendly and accommodating. Great location for restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store. It's all by walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

While this hotel was in a decent location, the service and cleanliness of the suites we booked into were horrendous. The cleanliness of the suites left much to be desired, but the thing that stood out most was the poor customer service. We dealt with three different administrators who showed little concern that our credit cards had been over charged by almost $1000! One gentleman even chuckled and said that it come back on card when we check out and the final bill gets sorted and we shouldn't panic. Considering the amount of money taken and his obvious disregard for our concern, we felt little comfort in his "promise". Not once did we receive an apology for this mistake, nor did we feel that he really cared. Being that my family was visiting from Australia it is a shame that they left telling family and friends never to stay at the Grand
Rockies hotel. A view that I 100% agree with.

Booked a unit off of VRBO. The owner was great answering questions and helping organize our stay. Unit we are renting is very nice and clean. Kitchen has everything we need. Only issue we had was with another renter parking in our stall, luckily that was quickly resolved. Would definitely book here again.

Travelled here with my family and got a good deal from a website. The facilities for kids were awesome with a toddler pool and water slide. Rooms were spacious and all in all good value for money. My room was in need of a bit of a refit as it was showing some age, but not too big a dealit was clean.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. I had a great stay here. Prices were really good. The staff were really friendly. It was nice they called us in our room to check on us. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice too! The fitness room could've used some TLC. The modems that enable the TV on the fitness machines were not working but it wasn't a big deal for me. Treadmill was out of order as well. Again, not a big deal when you have the beautiful mountains at your doorstep!

Really nice hotel. Our room had an amazing view and very comfortable bed. Very pacious bathroom and shower. Only downfalls are that our shower head was broken and they charge you for pool use.
When we got here there was a large hockey team of U10 boys, so the pool/hot tub wasn't very relaxing.
Habitat restaurant was amazing. Quick and friendly service, food was amazing, and pretty quiet other than when the team was in.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the showers many amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did not fix the fire alarm when asked. Maintainance was helpful on my second request. Parking was very small and crowded, and my designated space was filled at one point by another car. Underground parking was appreciated however. Nice pool and hot tub, location off of main road quite convenient.

Rooms were clean but a little older. The annex building is across the roundabout from the main building with all the amenities so it's a bit of a hassle if you want to use the gym or pool. Great location otherwise. 5 min drive or 15 min walk to downtown canmore. 20 minutes from Banff. Can't beat waking up in the mountains! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk asked another room to quiet their party down for us without hesitation. The pool was clean and tidy. The hot tub is indoor and outdoor. Overall great experience.

We've been a customer of the Grande Rockies resort since they opened. We like to stay there at least a couple of times per year. If you are travelling with kids, it's probably the best option as you can get a 2 bedroom suite for a great price and the pool with water slide is tough to beat. I will say that we are starting to see the quality decline slightly over the years. For example the carpets in the halls are starting to look tired and the dividing door (from inside to outside) at the hot tub was fixed with a couple of 2x4's and screws - not very classy. Still we were pretty happy with our recent stay on Jan 14th.
