We were greeted so well when we arrived and felt like they took care of us as guests! We stayed overnight for a retreat for 2 nights and were served from the hotel. The food was delicious and servers helpful and friendly! The soundproofing is not the best I've experienced (hear walking in the hallway, more than usual, and some noise from rooms) but it was minimal and not too disturbing. Overall a great experience!

Staff were great. Quick and easy check in and check out. Close to great food and coffee and not too far of a walk to downtown.

We came for a career conference. The service was amazing! The rooms were clean and beautiful. Nice amenities and good cozy meeting rooms.

Conveniently located near the highway exit. Spacious, clean, fast free wifi. Comfortable beds. No free breakfast though. Nice and generous environmentally friendly shampoo. Restaurant is very good but pricey. Nice pool and exercise room.

Very friendly reception by the front desk staff. Excellent menu and room service. Great pool and hot tub. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was a quick 10 min walk to the downtown and lots of amenities nearby. We had a great stay!

Awful. Your $30 roadside motel for 10 times higher price. Prevention is the 'contemporary' design, which boils down to furnishing in IKEA, lowest cost 'living in 100 so. ft.' style.
Absolutely no noise isolation - you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you.
Staff runs washing and drying machine deep at nigh, and when they run whole floor is vibratingresponse / report this review -

Pleasant hotel with the basics for exploring the area. A single room with beds and bathroom. Breakfast available but not included. Pool, hot tub and fitness room available. Easy reach of Canmore, 15 min to Banff.

Great hotel - feels like new from very recent renos and staff is very pleasant and sharp! Perfect for a family, friends or intimate get away. Try the restaurant as well - great menus and impressive food! I would visit just for the food which was not typical of Canmore hotels. This is upscale dining in the Rockies!

Great service, hotel was very nice, and our room was good. When we checked out, we were told that the wing we stayed in is scheduled to be​totally renovated in a couple of weeks, so I'm sure it will be even better soon!!

Modern and comfortable. Nothing particularly special but nothing bad about the experience. Staff was warm and welcoming. Pool was warmed which was nice. Excellent location just on the edge of Canmoore

The rooms, staff and restaurant were all great. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and well taken care of. Our room was situated on the furthest south side, and did notice we had train noise from nearby tracks, but not too loud. Might be a consideration of you are a light sleeper. Be forewarned, the pool, hottub and gym are indoors, but you must go outside of the building to get to the area they are in. This isn't great in the winter if you're not prepared for it!
