Great value from this tiny hotel. Amazing location, comfortable beds, and a lot of the useless ammenities removed that I wouldn't use anyway. Park in the free parkade behind the hotel, and breakfast at the starbucks across the way. When I go to Banff I don't want to spend a lot of money or time on/in a hotel, and this place was great for that. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. There's a parking deck that is a short walk from the hotel. The room we had was on the small side but the beds were comfy and the bathroom was great! They had complementary bottles of water, muffins, and cookies in the room. There was a small fridge in the room too.

Great little hotel in Banff! Free WiFi, complementary snacks and bottled water, CAD $5 parking, plus a Roku equipped TV. Pricey, but worth it.

despite the meh reviews online, I thought the place was pretty good. The bathrooms were seriously dated and it can get pretty noisy if you are on the 2nd level. Don't expect to be able to sleep in however, they promptly will run house keeping at 9:50 am so be prepared to be woken up by the loudest vacuum ever.

Dated, but you get what you pay for. $430 room on a Saturday night sounds expensive? Not for Canada's 150th in Banff. It was one of the cheaper spots. Hard bed, small rooms with no A/C, but great location in the heart of town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love the old culture of this place. The rooms were a tad small and the walls paper thin. We wouldn't care if we didn't have a baby sleeping. Other then that it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly

Great value. Underground parking when I stayed was $5/day. Only issue is they only allowed access by elevator which was kinda slow compared to what I am usex to.

Well appointed rooms, friendly staff and walking distance to everything!

Very good value for the price you pay, the receptionist was very nice. We didn't spend much time in our room but I would say that the rooms were quite cold. It didn't seem like the heater worked. Other than that, it was a good place to stay a night.

This hotel is located right down town Banff. Very near food and shopping. They offered discounts on a local eatery. Our room was cozy and clean. The bed was terrible. The mattress was so worn out that there was a large hump in the middle and a giant dip on either side. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. There was also a TV with plenty of channels as well. The elevator had a terrible smell as well. We found the price really inexpensive and as such still enjoyed our stay even when taking the downsides into consideration.
