Best Casino for the buffet. The price could be alittle cheaper but still prefer going to the Buffet at the River Rock. Miss listening to the live Bands there when you had Lulu's Lounge. Hoping you bring back the live bands with the renovation you guys are doing.

Best meal I've had in a while! And I've had a few really good ones. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Hopefully will be even better after the planned renovations coming up Dec - March.

We went to the buffet and we always have a great time. The service was great! We went for lunch and the line up was pretty quick and we got seats fairly quickly. The only complaint I have is having to walk from the parkade to the front entrance with the kids. We can smell smoke. It's terrible! I don't want my kids exposed. Too bad no entrance on the side where we don't have to walk by the smoking staff station.

The employees were courteous and greeted us in such a friendly manner. Not expecting anything in return. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and were definitely going the extra mile. Not only is there a spa there but there is also a restaurant there with amazing food fit for royalty. Will definitely go back.

Decent hotel with decent rooms and a direct connection to the sky train. The rooms are dark and the walls covered in wallpaper making them a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice and clean. Location is great and they offer free parking which is great if you rent a car.

Ate at the buffet. Although the food was nothing exciting nor really that good, the service was impeccable. Our servers name was Aida - she's pretty much the only reason for 4 star review. She made the dinning experience memorable. Friendly, kind, interesting just simply amazing. Such a great personality! The business is VERY luck to have her.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Airplanes fly right over the property but you only hear them when outside. Unfortunately, the lights went out on our first day there and we were not compensated anything and told it was not their fault. The lights came back on a few hours later but we had already gone to bed. Our bed was so comfortable and room service is available at a decent price. You have a choice of valet or self parking but you really don't need a car because the train station is just behind the hotel and access is in the hotel. We also ate at Curve, located on the property. You can eat inside or outside and you can also walk along the boardwalk.

It is located in a great area that is not too far from downtown Vancouver. The rooms are very nice and clean. Clean bed and very comfortable. The service was fast and professional. The shower and bathroom was spotless! Great hotel and great time, will come back in future. Highly recommended!

The river rock hotel is a great place to stay. I've stayed a few times and loved it every time! The rooms are clean and the Bed are soft! I wanted to take mine home! Luckily they actually have that option! Whenever I am in town, I try to stay here. Plus the casino down below and the night market close by are an added bonus.

The staff were polite. The Hotel, Casino and Rooms were clean. You have to slide your room key into a box in the room for power, once removed power goes out shortly after. I found this to be a pain and keeping the temperature in the room was difficult. The meeting room temperature was also hard to control and we found it too cold even when trying to turn the heat up. The Buffet was probably the worst meal I have had in a very long time. It was a Monday evening but for $27.95 I expected to be impressed not disappointed. Ordering off the menu in the lounge was a better option.

All in all, it was pretty good. The pool is beautiful and often empty, the staff are extremely friendly, even just passing in the halls. There was just a few nitpicky things -- when we checked into our room, for example, the ice bucket had been used and the bag had not been replaced. However, after the second night, it was clear housekeeping typically does a good job, with cute touches like a folded towel under our toothbrushes I think maybe the first time was a fluke. Very nice otherwise.

Location is great. View of the river and city is awesome. Service is good. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Dusty room, floors were not mopped, counters and tables have water marks (i think not sure what it was) Needs improvement with room cleaning. Would give more stars if room was properly cleaned.

The location was good, as it allowed me and my family to reach different parts of Richmond easily, and the view was great from our room. The pool was rather unexpected for a casino resort, as it was large and clean. However, the casino and buffet experience was on a bit of the small side, and the dinner buffet was small for it's price. The breakfast was good, not great. Overall value for staying here is good, yet if you came for the casino and buffet, think small.

We had the Weekend Seafood Buffet here for $39.95. It was OK nothing special to mention here - frozen freeze dried crab. The shrimp were nice and they have a few other choices like roasted beef tenderloin, salad bar, and a few sushi/sashimi items. The table service was good except that it took a long time to line up, pay and get a table - even though half the tables were empty.
