I had a meeting and dinner in one of the conference rooms of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the staff were attentive yet unobtrusive, and the food was great. Parking is free and the location is really convenient to get to from the city or from the suburbs. Definitely will return.

Been to the Delta Conference centre for many events, with many including dinner. What really stood out this time was I hosted a small seminar and the when coordinating with the host staff I found them to be very attentive and accommodating. I had a projector that had to be set up a certain way and staff was able to quickly find the right table setup to make it work. Food quality and table side manner was also top notch. Keep up the great work.

The front desk staff seem to be a little detached from the guests that are staying there. The hotel is beautiful and would stay there again when I have the chance. Casino is right next door and if you're feeling lucky I'd give it a visit too.

Went here for a conference. The staff was REALLY nice, my well behaved dog was warmly welcomed and the conference room was well maintained. My requests (water and bowl for my dog) we're promptly addressed. Everything was clean and well maintained. I can't get over how happy people were to see my dog, lol.

My wife and I love staying here. This is our 3rd time. Staff is awesome and friendly. They are very accommodating with our dog. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing. It is a perfect location for us. Can't think of a better place to stay.

Room service was pretty fast. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I liked. Nice fitness room, but no swimming pool. The toilet wasn't spotless, there was a few black specs on the seat that I wiped off with a tissue. No free breakfast. WiFi was slow.

The staff are great and worked to ensure the stay was good. An issue arose when we found a moth in our room; and they sent a nice gentleman up with a vacuum to take care of it. Overall, a good time at the hotel.

This hotel looks awesome from inside. I went there for Rogers event so was not able to go and check other parts. But the food provided was tasty and fantastic.

Stayed with my family with three rooms booked. Comfortable and pretty much a luxurious stay. Good location - easy to get around or to Vancouver outskirt attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful at all levels. Saving this location for future visits.

Somehow out first night booking was not reserved but the staffs (customer service manager Victoria) were very helpful and friendly. We returned to the hotel the second night and enjoyed it. The hotel is new. Room is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

Good cocktails and when it was realized we did not receive an item ordered, it was not only immediately send out but they very kindly comped it. Very unexpected but very kind and very appreciated. We would be back based on such gracious service and very good cocktails.

This is the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years in many different countries. This hotel is impeccably clean. Love the artwork in my room. My floor was so quiet and the view of the mountains is breathtaking! The staff all go out of their way to accommodate and please each and every one of their guests. They were so kind to me at check in. I phoned for something in the middle of the night and they had it brought to me within minutes. The fact that there is a casino here where I can play poker is even more incredible! This place is an absolute dream. If you want to feel special, cozy, at home, and impressed definitely stay at this beautiful place!

Rachel at front desk was a delight. She was very professional and efficient. My grand-aunts are in town and are staying here. Rachel offered them additional water bottles which was very thoughtful of her. The room is amazing and they commented on how nice and clean it was.

Stay here often for business. Really nice staff, they have an awesome Christmas tree during December. Great lobby to welcome you and awesome in room dining options and good prices. You'll also sleep well here, bit quieter than some other hotels due to solid construction. Love it.
