Been to this hotel a couple of times and have never had any huge complaints. They have even redecorated some of the interior since I was last here! The suites are a tad on the small end but they did the trick for my stay and was really clean. The staff is also very friendly I would definitely reccomend this as a good place to stay for whatever reason. Best part is the skytrain station is within walking distance so it's a good place to stay for Vancouver in general.

This hotel is very misleading, the rooms are poorly laid out, the breakfast buffet is not even in the resturant. It happens in the hallway. No ice buckets in room, one machine though On the first floor. They also don't carry forgotten toiletries I think motel 6 does that. The bed was nice that is about all it had going. Our room that was supposed to sleep 4 meaning two beds had a lovely pull out couch instead of a bed A dream come true Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else

Location is great. Very easy to get to from the freeway. The wedding was amazing, I love the decoration and how the food was placed and served.. Vegan choices available. Food was full of flavor. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is very nice. The room is nice with the bedroom split from the couch area. Although there is glass block in the wall into the hallway and no way to block it out entirely. Bathrooms are good but a bit cramped. Pool is great. Service is very good.

We rented the panorama room which was lovely and airy but the room was a little hard to find since it was all the way in the back. The food was incredible and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered gluten free desserts which was a big hit.

This is a solid 3 star hotel. Very close to public transportation and within 1/2 an hour from most everything Vancouver has to offer in addition to being in a safe and relatively quiet part of town. While the sofa bed isn't the most comfortable, if you are travelling with little ones it is a great option to have. The only real minor drawbacks are that you need to go out to one of the nearby stores for food if you are planning more than a 3 day stay, you need to pay about $7 a day for parking, there isn't a continental breakfast, and the hotel doesn't really offer a currency exchange of anything over $150-$200 (or so I was told). That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if an when we return to Vancouver.

A great place to stay for a few days. Some of the rooms are cramped, but that doesn't bother me. There is also a window out into the hall, which is not normal. The swimming pool is as I would expect for a hotel. There is a nice restaurant downstairs with food that can be delivered to your room. A nice hotel for Vancouver.

Great location. Very close to many restaurants like Cactus Club, Joey's, Boston Pizza, Earl's..etc. There is a gym though spacious can definitely use some upgrade and more equipment. The rooms are fair in size and adequate in-room amenities. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Will stay here again.

Attended smaller meeting in their ballroom. Staff is friendly and food provided for event was excellent. Location is close to SkyTrain and highway making it fairly accessible.

Be careful before you book their service. I am in Victoria. One day, I booked one room from the hotel and payed the fee before hand. Then because of a wind storm was going on on the sea, all ferry from Victoria to Vancouver were cancelled that day. Immediately, I talked with them to have a refund. But they refused. That night, I called them again, and they asked me to call them the next morning at 9.am, cause their manager would be there. Guess what! When I called the next morning, they told me to call the next monday and their manager is not there. What an attitude!

Came for a 3 day conference. The conference attendees occupied virtually the entire hotel, including the banquet rooms. That's a lot of people wanting food, help, rooms cleaned and more.

Every member of the hotel staff that I came across was polite and helpful. There was rarely a delay in getting your request for service handled. This hotel and it's staff did everything right in making people feel welcome and valued.

Sounds like we will be be back again for the annual conference again next year. That will be the 3rd year for the conference in this hotel.

Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Came here a couple of days for a conference. I didn't stay in the hotel rooms, but I used the conference centre. The centre was intimate, we used 4 rooms, but the staff was very professional and helpful. We had to do some setup for our conference late at night, and the staff was very limited at the time, but they helped where they could and checked in to make sure we were okay. The water dispensers stayed full the whole time.
