I brought my new Japanese vehicle here for its first servicing and for some new winter tires. Prices were quite reasonable for a dealership. Service was professional, friendly, quick and completed ahead of the estimate. Best of all, they actually answer the phones and email. The service centre is large and clean. My bill was exactly as promised with no surprises or unneeded upselling. I'll be back for any non-warrantee related work on my vehicle.

I am a tow truck driver and I must say I have dropped off many cars to their richmond location. I highly recommend visiting this guy Sunny in service section. Not only directed me and my customers went above and beyond. Good work will tow in again for sure thanks.

I bought a Chevy Equinox a year ago at Dueck Richmond. My experience with the Mike and Ken was a refreshing pleasure compared to my experience at the competition. The sales staff was great as well! Matt and Todd in the service department have been fantastic and helpful everytime I have serviced my vehicle. I absolutely love my Equinox and wanted to say thank you for such a pleasant experience

I recently had my car repaired at the Body Shop, the only thing I can say is I was very impressed by the service I have received. They did extra things I have not ask for and my car looked better than when I first bought it. Service loaner was amazing. I would go back again if I ever need a fix and I strongly recommend this location!!!

I purchased a car from your location. I requested the faster version of the process as I already had the car chosen. It still took 4 hours. Is there any way you can stream line the service so a person doesn't have to spend a day at a dealership with our busy lives? It would be great if you could tick the boxes on line with my services you want, show up sign the papers get the keys. 20 minutes! Might help sales.

I bought my first car from Dueck Richmond yesterday and I love it! I gave 3 stars because I have a mixed review. The car salesman who helped me, Anton, was AWESOME. So laid back and relaxed, not pushy at all. I really appreciated that he didn't try to "sell me" the car, just gave me honest unbiased information and said we could test drive it for as long as I wanted. After I purchased the vehicle, he even waited till after hours to make sure I knew how to get back to Vancouver, and called me today to follow up and make sure everything with the car was ok! Really amazing service.

However, I had a very negative experience with the finance man who discussed the warranty information with me. This man was extremely pushy, and after I made it clear to him that I wasn't interested in what he was offering in a very polite way, his demeanour completely shifted. Beforehand he was friendly and upbeat, and immediately after I said no thank you he turned cold and rude. He literally told me they were only open for 30 more minutes so if I wanted to go to the bank to get a bank draft I should go now..I was shocked. It was completely unprofessional. If I didn't love the car so much -- and didn't have such a good experience with the salesman-- I would've left right then and there!

I recently had an unfortunate loss of a long time vehicle and was looking for a replacement. I was given the business card for one of Dueck Richmond sales consultants Jeff Davis so I thought this is great who doesn't love a good referral! I initially went to their website to check out some options to take a look at and I have to say it is a well put together and easy to navigate website. I found a vehicle of interest and gave Jeff a call to set up an appointment & test drive. He was accommodating to my schedule which was a huge bonus. Jeff was very informative on the vehicle and answered all my silly questions. Needless to say I loved the vehicle and took it home the next day. The whole process from start to finish was fast, efficient and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. I Recently bought a Chevrolet Cruze from Richmond Dueck. I was blown away with how accommodating they were. They answered all my questions and spent lots of time letting me test drive and look at different cars. They searched and found the perfect car for me and I could not be happier. I had heard good things about Dueck Richmond, and when my cousin needed to trade in her car I suggested we go there. We were very pleased with the great service and follow up. She got a fair price for her vehicle, and although she was at first unsure what kind of new car she wanted, Mike Brown (I believe he is one of the managers) listened to her needs and expectations, and came up with something great. We were impressed with the service and all the great things people say about Dueck are true. Believe the hype!

I found the sales people I dealt with to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the great follow up as well and felt they really valued me as a customer.
