Shuttle took along time to arrive at airport. No restaurant and the one next door that they direct you to two doors down, also Hilton, had the worst burger. We asked ahead about breakfast as we need to leave early and had been told we would get a grab bag as breakfast wouldn't be out yet apparently they don't do grab bags on the weekends. Main beds were comfortable bit pull out was full of springs.

Wonderful stay! Good bed, great staff - especially Christina Dale, General Manager who went above and beyond the call of duty. A satisfying breakfast - and a regular shuttle to the airport with a friendly and helpful driver. This will be our hotel of choice in the Toronto area from now on!

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. Quick on and off from area freeways. Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast in the morning is definitely worth checking out. My biggest complaint is the lack of a hot tub. As this hotel seems to cater mostly to professionals and adults it would be a great addition for a relaxing time. Our room has been clean, however, I did find a find a small worm like bug in the bed and a few hairs in the bathroom which were very obviously not from my husband or my blond self. I would, however stay here again.

Convenient location for airport (of course) but also viable for Toronto city centre as there is a regular shuttle to the airport from where you can take the UP train into Union. The hotel is fairly modern, and has a small indoor pool. The breakfast was fine - plenty of choice including fairly healthy options. You can go to the Hilton next door for dinner and receive a 15% discount on showing your room card.

Great accommodation very close to the airport❗ The building is not over a flight path so it's quiet❗ Pool was small and there was only one light inside the pool so it was murky to see in.
The breakfast has an expansive selection ❗ Quality of the food is top notch❗ Most hotels that offer "free breakfast" are usually just standard quality food. Not so in this hotel. Omelets and turkey sausages are cooked perfectly and were not greasy.
Rooms were spacious and the AC temperature can be set by the guest so I had our room turned into an ice box It was great❗response / report this review -

Got a room for two nights to visit downtown Toronto, and found that the hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Most of the staff were extremely friendly but we did end up having a few issues. Our double queen room had a busted pullout bed, so we had to prop one end up with the coffee table to keep the kids from sleeping on a slope. We were also told when we checked in that both nights would have a complimentary dinner, but when we got back from sightseeing, we were informed (despite being served breakfast this morning) that it is a holiday, and they won't be serving food. The pool also ended up being much smaller than depicted in the picture from the website, leading to a fairly crowded couple evenings for the kids.
Overall, we did find it to be fairly good quality for the price in this area, and would consider staying again.

Pros:
Shuttle from airport on time, clean, and courteous.
Front desk clerk on check-in, friendly, helpful, efficient
Lobby and main areas, sparkling clean and neat.
Room, sparkling clean and neat, completely stocked.
Bed: one of the best I've experienced. Firm, but not too firm, top of the line sheets and comforter. A tiny bit of airplane noise but 1 out of 10 loud.
Check out clerk- a very happy, friendly gentleman (at 3:30am) who was as happy to make us breakfast bags and call the shuttle.

Awesome experience at this hotel. Highly recommend. We stay here when we need to overnight in Toronto as it's close to the airport. Staff are great. Rooms are excellent.

Location was good, service was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious. Pool is small and shower water pressure leaves something to be desired. Good value for price.

Easy shuttle to and from the airport. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The Hot breakfast was all you can eat and exceptionally good. Rooms were large, clean and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Great room, great service, very clean! Beds super comfortable and free breakfast and dinner on most days! There's no restaurant in the hotel however, so no possibility to get food outside of the hours of the free food hours!

Good place to lay your head. Staff were nice but won't go out of their way to help you. Complementary breakfast and dinner. Rooms were clean. Shuttle to airport was appreciated.
