Currently staying at this hotel (visiting Toronto for a concert). Im giving this a 4 star rating on the basis that beds were uber comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately my husband and I attempted to take a nap during our stay and the staff were utterly noisey which, was a tad inconsiderate. Overall, totally a decent stay especially for the price( 2 double beds @ 125$/night)

Overall a decent night. Rooms were somewhat small but staff was friendly and continental breakfast was okay. Rates were okay as well

My wife and I were only there one night but for what we paid for it was a solid experience. We didn't expect much considering its a Days Inn and considering how small it was but the rooms are actually a decent size and had everything you'd expect. Most importantly, it was clean and the hosts were good to work with. Only had one hiccup where we got back late, around 11 and there was no host to buzz us in right away (I don't think their buzzer works). All things considered, for how much we paid, it was a good experience.

Check in took FOREVER and the room was obviously not cleaned that well as there were items from the last guests under one on the beds. The man at check out, however, was very friendly and efficient.

Room was spacious, beds were comfy, very awkward lighing in the room, continental breakfast wasn't any good. And the workers weren't very friendly. Was okay for a single night but not a high end hotel. More of a motel feel.

This hotel was was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip to Toronto. Very easy to get downtown on the Queen St bus. There are a few good places to eat right there, and plenty more nearby in the Beach neighborhood. We had no trouble getting a parking spot (and it didn't cost extra). The continental breakfast didn't give too many options, but it was enough for us. We will probably stay here again.

Attended for a seminar. Meeting room was large with lots of space and easily divided for different groups. Basic but plentiful seating and workspaces. Basement so no windows or natural lighting. Washrooms clean and convenient but dated. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Ample parking.

Good location - street car outside entrance of hotel. Close to heart of Toronto and Beaches

We go every year to attend an event that is walking distance, but it is not a place I would recommend. The hotel has a particular smell, the internet is extremely slow, the TV has so much snow that anyone planning on watching anything would be extremely disappointed. They provide thier parking spots to the general public for $10. So there are chances that you might not even get a spot. Even if they mention that parking is available. They refer you to a free parking lot a few blocks away. They have one ice machine and this year it was not working. The rooms are small. The air conditioning and toilet after flushing are so loud they should be located near the airport to drown out the sound. To leave the parking you need a token to open the gate. The breakfast is very standard. Bagels, cereal and yoguart. The only good thing I can say the beds are comfortable with lots of pilliws, but this time we had to get our sheets chamged. There was dried blood stands on them.

Spotty wifi at best. Heating smelled like feet for the first 3 hours. Overpriced hotel

Decent hotel for the price, good breakfast, clean rooms. Convenient to several food places. Staff had extra conditioner and lotion for our multi person party (but was out of shampoo). One light didn't work and a language barrier (I speak english) prevented front desk staff from understand and getting it fixed.
