Very good customer service didn’t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk.
Was pleased with all amenities.

Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span.
Will def stay again without hesitation!!

Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Clean and cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast. And if you like the B&B atmosphere.. it is perfect. The access to downtown Toronto was really easy by Transit. It would be a little too far to walk. But only about 20-30 minutes by tram. I will stay here the next time I'm in Toronto.

After a few nights here, there were some unruly guests making noise from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning and the owners did nothing to stop it. I tried to reach them by phone, but the line was busy. Never again.

Be prepared to be woken up by the cleaning lady coming into your room at 9 am, the heat so low that you have to have a sweatshirt on to sleep, if you can given that the mattress is as hard as a board and the sheets smell musty A rip off for $140 after tax. NEVER AGAIN, pay the extra $20.00 and get a proper hotel room.

Bonnevue Mannor is a great hotel for the price and even more expensive B&Bs and Hotels fail to provide the accommodations and breakfast this little gem does.

Only problems is the long set of stairs to the up rooms. One have to be in shape to get there.

I was there with my wife one week in September, and if we ever need accommodation in Toronto again, we would not look for any other place.

My boyfriend and i stayed at the Bonnevue Manor for 3 nights. The house was beautiful, charmingly homey and a little eclectic. The hosts were friendly, the house and rooms were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. We loved having our own large patio and I was delighted to find a hairdryer and shampoo in a cabinet in the hall because I had left mine at home. We enjoyed the upstairs living room with cable TV and a computer with internet access, especially because we pretty much had the house to ourselves the first two nights. The house is a short walking distance from Lake Ontario. We walked along the lake at night and the view was just breathtaking! There weren't too many interesting shops or restaurants close by, we went further into the city to dine. We'd stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
