This was the worst stay ever. Upon checking in we entered our room, unpacked went to the washroom to find hair in the tub, cob webs under the sink, hair on the towels. We checked the beds and found hair on the sheets and pillows. We contact the the front desk, 40minutes later someone came up to check it out. We were moved to another room. The new room didn't have a fridge in which we originally paid for. They said they would bring a fridge the 2nd night but never did. When we spie to the manager all he offered was a $10 rebate. The breakfast was also not worth a single cent. It said full buffet breakfast but reality was it had warm yogurt, eggs, sausage which was gross and toast. Complete BS Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Stay here every week for years, new management brought in family to work front desk. Now instead of being greeted by my first name. I have to show a divers license and give a security deposit.

We usually go here every couple of months. Prices have gone up but they have renovated. Rooms are clean, special requests are mostly accommodated. Location is great but the front desk needs to be more knowledgeable.. When I called in to ask for a king bed instead of double bed, the girl at front desk said I have to pay "upgrade" fee.. This is the first hotel that has asked me to pay more for a king bed Usually it's the double bed that is more expensive which made me really upset. When I put the request through online, I got it without any additional charges. Overall it was a good stay

The hotel room was clean and well-suited to my needs. There were two beds, along with a clean bathroom. There was free breakfast included, which was very plain. Bread, sausage, and egg; very ordinary. All in all, good enough for me.

Nice ambience. Everything we needed for an overnight stay and the next day's breakfast was just perfect. Understanding staff, wi-fi, proximity to eateries made our first night/day in Canada pleasant.

Stayed in room 252 last night Aug 4 checked in late because of wedding with no problems. Room was good in the morning went to take a shower and found soap that had been used and left in the shower. Didn't belong to my wife or I. We didn't complain as we are not the types to care really. Just good for them and others to know.

Very impressed with this hotel. For two adults and two children we paid $105. Parking and breakfast included. Vey clean room and very comfortable beds. Can't remember when last time had such restful sleep at the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, very comfortable. The king bed had an excellent comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet unfortunately should be available a little longer till at least 10 am. Overall it is a great inn and I would certainly recommend it. We used their park and stay option and will do so again.

The location was great. Just off the highway. The rooms were clean and room temperature was easy to control. The breakfast was decent, but i couldn't get over the novelty of a pancake making machine. They were the best part.

Staying here for work. I was here and year ago and they were in the middle of doing renovations. The work's done and the result is beautiful. Grand stairway entrance. Nice breakfast area with hot breakfast (I couldn't partake as, it starts at 6:30 and, I'm long gone by then). Nice fitness center with a sauna. Beds are super comfy. Water pressure in the shower is great but, finding the temperature sweet spot is a pain. Tim Hortons and Wendy's in the parking lot, which is convenient. Can't comment on the price since my company does direct billing but, we can be pretty stingy so, I'm gonna say it's reasonably priced. P.s. you didn't hear that stingy comment from me.

Amazing customer service and good quality rooms for a good price.
Shuttle service from airport was good, literally 15-20mins from airport.
Good selection of shops around.
Only downfall was that there is no elevator, I asked for a floor on the bottom and they gave it to me with no hesitation.
The bath was a bit dirty, I'm sure they wouldn't mind cleaning it.
Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is beautiful and newly- renovated. It offers shuttle to the airport and on the way back. For each way the hotel will charge us $18 which is not too bad. I misunderstood how the service "park our car at the hotel, stay and get the shuttle service to airport" so I gave them a call and get clarified that it only works as a compliment - no charge for shuttle if I have book a park& Fly package.
I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel because the shuttle service was efficient and the bedding was very comfortable, unlike my imagine the bedding would be hard like other comments on websites. We missed the breakfast because our flight was at 6:15 AM and BF doesn't start until 6:30. My only ADVISE is that what you don't clear on the third party websites then you have to call to the hotel to confirm, NEVER assume the service of this Quality Inn will be the same to another Quality Inn.response / report this review
