Hotel is nice. You don't hear the planes event if you are close to the airport. The only negative is there is not much choice to go grab something to eat around.

Nice little gym but as most of them it is in the basement without any outside light

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant there. It was good but at $38 a little pricey. But everything there was pricey. Gas was $5.08 a gallon. We went there from Niagara Falls. Once was enough for me.

Stayed for an overnight layover between flights. Pleased that the Hilton Honors app allowed remote check-in since my arrival was close to midnight and I was concerned that my room wouldn't be held. Shuttle provided from airport was less than a 7-minute ride (stopping at two other Hilton properties on the way) with a cheerful driver who went the extra step to physically escort non-English-speaking-travelers directly to their front desk. The hotel appears recently updated, with a sparkling, well-appointed lobby, furnished with modern, sophisticated chairs and sofas. Lots of areas to lounge and wait for transportation or colleagues. My room was immaculate and smelled recently cleaned. No antiseptic smell, just a light freshness like clean laundry. The water pressure was good for showering although the showerhead had a few clogged outlets. Standard toiletries and an adequate number of clean towels were provided. The mattress was comfortable but also had a dial on the side for adjusting its pressure. A complimentary hot beverage station was available in the main lobby outside the elevator the next morning. This was a welcome surprise since I didn't have time to sit for breakfast in their restaurant prior to my shuttle ride back to the airport.

I want to rate this around a 2.5/3, but I think by making it a 1 it can help bring down the overall average. We stayed for four nights, split between a short trip to Mexico while visiting Canada. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for an extended period, so that was a definite plus. The room itself was quite good, with adjustable firmness for both sides of the king-sized bed.
The biggest issue however was the lack of service from the sometimes friendly staff. It really seems like they are understaffed here. The airport shuttle service was utterly horrible, though. If you were hoping for a simple way to get here after a long flight, you will be very disappointed.
Our flight arrived and we got on the shuttle just after 2 am, we weren't in our hotel room until 3am! It's a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the airport, but it took us an hour to get here from the shuttle.
    Not recommended!

This Hilton Garden is not at all what it appeared to be. As a fellow Hilton employee, I can say with certainty and additional knowledge that this hotel is run poorly. From the moment we walked in treated with no respect and poor assistance, waited in the lobby for half an hour for our room next to broken glass everywhere. We arrived to find 3 pillows with blood stains on the outside, old food on the floor, clumps of hair on the floor, crumbs all over the desk, a broken lamp, and many more small mishaps. The designated parking for this hotel was terrible, compact, and expensive for what you get out of it. If you plan on taking a trip to Toronto, I would recommend looking at a different hotel, I am sure you can find a cheaper one with much better service.

This is a super convienient location for early morning flights. It's a nice hotel and quiet, even with construction going on. The room was clean and spacious, great view with large windows. The bed was a foam mattress which was quite comfortable and the pillows were just the right firmness. I would stay there again.

The hotel was lovely. They are in the middle of renovations, but that did not seem to interfere with their quality of service. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I actually ordered room service, and the person taking my order was extremely accommodating, because I was asking for something not quite on the menu, and he was super patient and willing to do what I was asking, no problem! AlsoThe bed was INCREDIBLE. Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. I'm only sad I couldn't stay longer!!!

The hotel is fantastic. Location is close to the airport and the service is friendly and very good. No nearby amenities, but even for a hotel under construction (as it was when I visited), the staff were more than happy to accommodate my needs. Uber eats is a good option if you don't want to partake in the hotel grill.

If I could - I would give ZERO stars!!!!!!!

I am so disgusted with the people who work at this hotel. I forgot something in my room - a very expensive item (and yes I understand I should have double-checked, but when you are catching a flight at 4 in the morning, and you are a nervous traveler some stuff slips your mind) which should have been found immediately by the chambermaid and logged into a lost and found area. The hotel has my stepfather’s information so contacting us about the item should have been a simple matter of a phone call.

When I got to my destination and realized a day later that I had forgotten the item - I called the front desk and OMG…..

NO one would give me an answer as to whether they had found the forgotten item or not. The lady I spoke with at the front desk was obscene and dismissed me like I was wasting her time. The second person was “helpful” and told me he would try to help me but NEVER called me back. Other people I talked to were just as unhelpful.

I am so pissed off. I ask you…. How hard is it to go look? Hotels by definition are in the customer service business! Guests leaving items behind must be a daily occurrence, surely there must be a protocol on hand! How hard is it to respond to my multiple attempts to receive basic customer service

PS. The hot tub was more like a cold tub!

Renovation seems to take forever. I stayed here a couple of times and still the same thing. Nowhere to sit at breakfast, furniture in the bar area the Value Village quality. I was misled about "happy hour" at the bar, there is no one. Food in the lounge is terrible, which is not far off ( in downwards direction ) from all of other hotels. Pretty dated all around.
    Nothing to write home about.

It was a place to sleep for our layover. I was very surprised that the evening we arrived the restaurant was closed. We arrived on a Saturday evening @ about 9pm. I'm used to restaurants being open till 11 or 12 on weekends. The floor we stayed on was undergoing renovations & smelled strongly of glue & paint. The room was clean which is all I cared about for a layover.

Service at first was good, booking was excellent and friendly. Check in was good. We were a group of 6 with 2 rooms. I went down to get waterbottles from the pantry that is nice and for honor members. I was told only 2 per room. Slightly annoying. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. I would stay here again for a quick overnight before flying out.
