Stayed here for two nights and every night around 11:30 to midnight was noisy. The plumbing can be heard from others peoples rooms and gave me serious paranoia. The sheets were scratchy and cheep, had to have the room heater on all night. Quiet during the day, terrible view of a car lot from the room and rude desk staff. Never going back.

Rooms were nice, most staff were friendly. Raman was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reason for a 3 star is the breakfast, it really needs an upgrade. Too many days of Turkey sausage and scrambled eggs.

Staff was very friendly. Room was basic but very clean. Had a fridge/microwave which is handy. Breakfast was included and fresh. Would go again.

I called ahead and reserved for a couple of nights because I was taking my dog to the vet college for surgery. I was quoted $97. but if I had choice rewards membership it would be $92.15 per night. It was an extra $20. total to have my dog there. I arrived there and it had suddenly changed to $99. per night. I gave her my membership # to get the discount and she said "We don't do that here". WHAT!!! She also said $20. Total for my dog which was true. So I booked in because I had to be at the College. I was at an end room with a patio door and the person beside me was using the patio dooralot. I didn't have my dog here so I was terrified to be here alone. They changed the towels and garbage but nothing else. I received the bill and I was charged $20. every night for my dog.
This place is gross, not accommodating what so ever and the girl at the front desk needs to smile and be nicer to people. I will let everyone I know about my experience here as this hotel should not be in business.response / report this review -

Disent place with amazing breakfast bar. Best breakfast ever I have had comparing to all of the hotels I have stayed in and I have to mention I stayed at meny different hotels. Friendly staff to. Good job guys. Keep up and good luck.

Just checked in for our first night of 2. So far not very happy. Asked for a non smoking room and the room smells like it's been smoked in every day for years and just covered up in febreeze instead of properly cleaned. Thankfully we got a 2 bed room too since one of them has blood and bugs in it! Hopefully we get actual clean bedding for tomorrow. (Sheets changed but blanket dirty).

Not quite as comfortable as the pictures, carpets are either on their last legs or dated, can’t tell which. The window that opens has 3 panes to open to allow fresh air. I guess 3 are needed for Saskatoon winters.
Standard Comfort Inn though, no serious complaints, good value for money if you book online.
The only thing that activated my OCD was their use of the wrong coffee packages in the coffee maker. If you like really strong coffee and don't mind a mess it works great, otherwise they should consider using the correct sized packages of coffee.response / report this review -

Decent breakfast. No sound proofing on the doors though. Can clearly hear through the door both ways. Just some simple weather stripping around the door jamb and a door sweep would help a ton. Other than that, it was a good stay.

It's very nice. It would be even better if there were handicap buttons on the entrances. Hard to open a door and carry a bunch of luggage at the same time

Love the "Stay and Fly" program. Excellent and friendly service at the front desk, and breakfast. Really appreciated the complementary transportation to and from the airport. The large room would suit me well for business in Saskatoon, as well as the short stays on either side of an international trip. Thanks so much!

great service and room had everything necessary and of good taste. Room however smell a little bit like dusty. Breakfast was acceptable but not outstanding. Overall I am happy with the experience and would return.

Great hotel! The staff and manager did us a HUGE favor by kindly sending my son's forgotten blankie to our home in another province. It was sent by Fed-Ex and arrived the next day. Can't thank you enough!
