Service was friendly and upbeat, very professional. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, stylish and accommodating. They had a "pet resume" which was really cute and they accepted my dog which was so nice for a nicer hotel. Great overall experience, thank you!

Very clean hotel. Hot tub was nice, but the tiling surrounding the tub made it uncomfortable to sit against. Overall was a nice stay and would recommend.

Hotel is right next to a mall. Room was clean with nice decor. Lobby was clean with nice decor. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel restaurant provided a good menu selection with reasonable prices.

Excellent hotel- right near the convention center where we had our Gala! The rooms were very clean , and the hotel looked brand new. We only stayed one night, but we would absolutely come back.

The place is quite beautiful. The staff in the restaurant were amazing. The front counter staff, at least one lady, was just rude and unwelcoming. Acted like she was stuck up.

Room was clean, however their shower leaked bad to the point that there was a huge puddle on the floor outside of the shower which got my fresh pair of underwear soaked. I then had to go to the anniversary celebration with no underwear. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out and they just said "oh sorry" and wrote my concern on a scrap piece of paper. I was hoping for maybe a bit of a discount for the inconvenience and uncomfortability I had to endure but I guess they cared more about my money than me coming back to spend more money someday. Won't be using this hotel again. Oh, and the toilet paper is so far away from the toilet that you actually have to get up to use it. Or else do some acrobatic stuff to get it while sitting on the toilet.

Brand new top of the line holiday inn. 5 star feel for a 2 star price. Every room is a good size with good quality furniture. Excellent restaurant inside as well as any other ammenities. This place is a must stay if in saskatoon.

BULLSHIT hotel, Racist cook CHEF TONY! I hope when u order breakfast u like re re fried eggs. NEVER order the SCRAMBLER, the fruit in the buffet is REUSED up 2 a week, same with the breakfast sausage and bacon. U like used food. Then this is the place.

One of the best place to stay in if you're travelling to a city. They do have nice breakfast items and the guest service is very professional and nice. I have found the room very clean and comfortable. I didn't find any bad odour and environment in any where inside the hotel.

Overall experience was good:)
