They can improve and that's going to be up to the management to start making changes that will be a fact to survive in the future. The got the chance to be a cleaner place.

Cons:
1. No Elevator
2. No complimentary breakfast
3. The rooms smells of moulds
4. The cooler fan blows in your face and you can't do much.
Pros:
1. Good location, close by to restraunts.
2. Economically priced rooms

We have stayed here many times. King beds are still comfortable but pillows aren't. Nice size room. Good water pressure. Kind of noisy with doors closing. But well lit up at night. Convenient place and not as pricey. Clean. Tired rooms but comfortable. Stayed here 3 nights. Tastey Vietnamese food close by.

The rooms are always super clean and nice. The front desk staff are wonderful and friendly. And the rates are very reasonable. Will always be my first choice of hotels here in Saskatoon!

I stopped there overnight, welcomed by friendly staff, the room was extremely comfortable and far more than expected for the money I paid. A stones throw away from all I needed in a beautiful city on possibly the most vibrant street I've come across, yet the room was quiet, relaxing and pleasantly furnished. The friendly staff even looked after my luggage after I'd checked out and found a great breakfast next door, whilst waiting for my lift to arrive. Thank you

I wasn't expecting to be impressed when I went here, but I was wrong. The people at the front desk were very kind and answered any questions I had, the rooms were quite cozy and well kept, the hotel was very quiet so I slept soundly. The pub and gas station right out front don't really give a nice view and there was an odd smell when we first were in the room, but that subsided.

Not great, for a pet friendly place, phoned to tell us our dog was barking.
Is that not to be expexcted when the jerk next to you makes a lot of noise?
Beds are old and lumpy and sheets are scratchy worn out cotton with thin blankets.
Sore back from the lump old Quaker Oats beds. Not impressed. Okay location.response / report this review -

Pros:
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Was there Christmas morning and since all the restaurants were closed, the hotel had fresh fruit, Juice and muffins available for free. Definitely a super nice gesture IMO.
Location is somewhat central. Quick access to pretty much anywhere.
Rooms can be accessed directly from parking lot.
Rooms aren't five star but they're clean, spacious and comfy. And you aren't paying top dollar. Definitely a deal.
Cons:Location can be a bit sketchy at night (liquor store in parking lot).response / report this review
