Went for lunch in the restaurant, customer service was phenomenal, price was pretty reasonable, food was good!

Wow! I have never experienced a great customer service like this before! This is the first time that someone actually called to make sure that they will do it right next time! I would definitely tell my friends about you guys! I will describe your hotel as affordable with great food and awesome customer service!

Very disappointing!! I clearly mentioned that my dad is physically challenged and I requested for a room according to physically challenged which was acknowledged by the hotel and with my surprise when we reached there we found that the hotel room was given at the top floor and right at the corner very far from the elevator.
Well it was too late so I requested for a wheelchair because unfortunately The wheelchair which we had was broken but they said that they don't carry any wheelchair which was very surprising as I usually see every hotel I went carry a wheelchair.
Well somehow my dad who is very senior cannot walk had to somehow walk with his artificial leg. When next day when we tried to give a suggestion to one of the supervisor/manager, he started behaving very rudely with my dad; which I found very in-human, insulting and humiliating. My dad not only physically suffering with the pain but also very hurt deep inside the heart!!
Well I am working to send a legal notice to the hotel first they don't want to improve the provisions for senior physically challenged people and second very rudely behaving and hurting sentiments of a poor senior handicapped person.response / report this review -

Location is near the airport which is convenient for many people. Rooms are very nice and the housekeeping staff is very friendly. Front desk staff however on the day that I was there was absolutely terrible. My friend was staying there to go to the cancer Centre and had already been staying at the hotel for two weeks. The room is always paid for it in time and she extended her stay more than once. On the last day when she was checking out however they called the police on her because then she was more than one hour past check out time. No courtesy call from the front desk no visit from a manager. The new guy at the front desk just called the cops and had her escorted out of the building. I do believe that protocol should be in place on how to handle the situation like that instead of directly calling the police immediately! For that reason I will never be a patron of this place ever again

Have not stayed at hotel but the lobby is very nice. I have eaten the Sunday breakfast buffet multiple times and it is pretty good. Better than a lot of buffets. Good food hot and fresh. Restaurant needs an update though, to match the lobby. The appearance of the restaurant makes it seem less trustworthy and clean.

We went to a conference room for pictures. The rooms were clean and clearly labeled. I like how you access the hallway for them from outside instead of having to walk through the hotel.

Went for a Paint Nite and the service was awesome! One server for 30+ women and she was spot on for making sure we had drinks the entire evening! Very impressed!
