I wasn't to happy with the front desk attitude when I brought up an issue that happened with me. They shifted the blame on another department without taking responsibility for the inconvenience. Usually they are good. I am not sure what went wrong. Anyway it was a bad experience. Let's see next week looking forward for a better experience.

Great hotel. Excellent location, close to a lot of great restaurants including the one on the main floor. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable.

The room was very clean and prepared. I was immediately greeted by one of the cleaning ladies when I reached my floor, and the women at the reception were very helpful. When I came back to my room after spending a day at a conference, I found that an extra small towel was placed under a bag of my toiletries, and that the items I did have out - deodorant, hair wax, comb, and toothpaste - were arranged nicely with my bag. The room looked just as I'd left it, but that much more clean and organized. The bathroom looks modern, the bed and pillows are very comfy, and the room itself was fairly big. Plus you could see the river from the room, which was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is nice. I'm top floor with a river view. To bad it's 2am and I'm listening to 2 full blow conversations on either room beside me. Walls are paper thin here. Pretty disappointed that I won't be getting a good night's rest

Edit: I just went to the front desk, requested another room. I was given a new room. Then told "this hotel is not for you. Thin walls in every room"
I've never been so Insulted in a place that's sole purpose is customer service.
Oh ya, when I went to grab my id, he pulled it away from me. This isn't kindergarten 'keep away'

Terrible I don't recommend and I'll never come here again

Pool sucks and is gross looks very old and dated, water slide is alright. Food is good and decently priced. Rooms are nice and awesome view depending where you are located.

Downtown and close walking distance to everything. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and park. Nice, comfortable rooms. Also has a nice waterslide and hot tub. I always choose this hotel when I stay in Saskatoon.

We were merely there to investigate options for our wedding. Dawn was helpful, informative, and friendly. From the looks of it, their wedding packages are phenomenal as well!

Edit: Dawn and Patty have been fantastic to work with and incredibly friendly. My fiancee and I are thoroughly pleased with their service and have booked our wedding here!

The hotel is in a good location near the river as well as several bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly. The rooms and hallway could use a bit of updating and are also on the small side. The corner rooms are an odd shape too so the furniture doesn't quite fit them. It makes getting around the room a little cumbersome. The side rooms are better. Pool area was fun and has a large waterslide but the only way to get down to the pool is a slow elevator which gets wet and grimy fairly quickcould definitely use some stairs. The hotel bar has good food and friendly staff.

Always have a good stay at the Radisson. Not too far of a walk for more resturants, movie theater and the mall. Right down town. Clean and Usually quiet rooms. Nice view of the river. Underground parking.

Staff was friendly waterside was good! Bathtub didn't drain well after showering. Housekeeper left her card on lamp where you could write in the dust. Might stay again.

Nice hotel with a great location, they have a nice lounge and restaurant. Gym is not so good. Unless you have a discounted rate it's a bit expensive for what it is.

It was really nice and comfortable. The view was amazing! But it was not worth the cost. The parking was expensive and the room rate was high as well. Saying that the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming

Stayed at the Radisson in Saskatoon. The room was clean and furnished nicely. The service was good. We ordered breakfast room service which was delicious. My biggest complaint was the price of the coffee. We order two cups of coffee and it was $9.00, which is insane! It probably costs them 40 cents to make a pot. The pool is small but the 14 person hot tub was nice. The slide was fun but looks like it has seen better days!
