beware of brian jessel. they will say they can fix problems they dont have the software or capabilities to fix. they will take your $900 with no resolve of problem and hold your car ransom. do not trust these crooks

I love the service here. The customer service is above average and the automotive knowledge is amazing amongst the employees. I really like that they have a small apparel shop for BMW enthusiasts. They did wonders on our Bmw X5 AC Schnitzer. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

Had my M3 I brought out from Toronto serviced at ParkShore BMW was not very happy with the service and they didn’t know much about my car. Went into Brian Jessel BMW and was introduced to a service advisor named April, she was very helpful and pleasant if she couldn’t answer a question she found someone who could. I really appreciate that and I will be taking my service to April/Brian Jessel from now on and looking to get my wife a new Vehicle to the New Year as we are expecting another child.

I didn't have a positive experience with my previous BMW dealer so when I walked in to Brian Jessel, I was thinking that it would be more of the same experience where all the cars were locked at the showroom and I would be ignored. Boy I was wrong, Tina greeted me 10 minutes prior to closing and stayed over an hour past closing to help me get into a new BMW. She offered me a great deal right from the start and went through everything I needed to know about the car and purchase. My only regret is not waiting an extra week for an extra $1000 credit direct from BMW but I guess the timing wasn't there. I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend Tina and Brian Jessel BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

I was going to change my flat tire only but I ended up buying the 230i coupe from an exceptional Sales Representative - Tina Lee. She was well spoken, gave me all the information I needed, and took me out for test drive. I would recommend her.

Received amazing service dealing with Tina Lee at this dealership! She was extremely helpful with choosing the right car for me and went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I was comfortable with my decision at the end. Her enthusiastic personality made the process so much fun and I would definitley go back!

We dealt with a sales person named Tina Lee. She was not only annoying but extremely aggressive to the point where it turned us off from buying from that dealership.
Our Audi lease was expiring and we decided to check out BMW with all the intention to buy however after dealing with her high pressure sales tactics I would rather buy elsewhere and pay extra to get better treatment.
Hope management knows that some people are there not to buy based on price alone but for the luxury car experience which this dealership clearly didn't provide.response / report this review -

What can I say - expensive but the service is world class compared to their competitor in Vancouver! No shortage of staff or space at BJ. Service Advisor, Sam Eng went above and beyond expectations to provide fantastic customer service. If BMW service is what you need, BJ should be your first choice! You already know it cost $$$$$ but they make you feel it is worth every penny.

I had an amazing experience with the Salesman, Carlo, at Brian Jessel BMW. I work in the sales industry selling cars as well and I can say without a doubt, Carlo is one of the best Salesman I have dealt with. He is direct, straight to the point and will do everything to get you exactly what you want at the right price. He is the go to man and I will be sending any friends/family/clients to him for any BMW inquiries.

Wonderful dealership with great sales. I received great service from April Ru. My wife and I got a very good deal and bought an amazing BWM X3 with the help and assistant from April Ru. We are very happy with the excellent service from her. April Ru is very professional, patient, friendly and easy to work with. She was very concerned with finding a car we need and meets our budget. I would like highly recommend April Ru to any of my friends who will purchase BWM in the future.

I had the pleasure of talking to and dealing with Paul Killeen, although I ended up financing a used previous year model. Paul was eager to help me and walk me through the process from start to finish, along with taking the time to help me decide what the perfect BMW was for me. He was quick to reply to emails, even on off hours which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend you reach out to Paul when going to Brian Jessel.

My mom recently purchased a BMW X5 from Brian Jessel and we received excellent service from April. We purchased a package that just came out for BMW X5's with carbon fiber parts but the factory did not install it so we had to bring it in to get done. From that point on their Product Genius Justin Chen took over and gave us excellent service and a loaner vehicle to use while the parts were being installed. He updated us daily and kept us in the loop and he really made the purchase worthwhile even though there was a small hickup.

I've bought two vehicles off Brian Jessel and would highly recommend them. Their staff truly go above and beyond. Val Almeida was great to deal with and found the exact vehicle I was looking for - even when it wasn't on the lot. Their service department was very accommodating with my schedule. Looking forward to the next purchase! Overall A+.

I had to leave word after my 1st Purchase with Brian Jessel, April my sales specialist was just fantastic to work with she did not waste my time and was up front with me the whole time, she was a dream to work with. Martha and Stacy in the business department were completely professional extremely courteous and kept in communication with me every step of the way, Thank You Martha! During delivery Gavin walked me through the Car and features, he answered every question sometimes twice :) He was an absolute pleasure and his advice on the vehicle was very much welcome. Thank all of you for making this the best BMW experience that I have had thus far, I will be back ;)
