Books, gear, accessories, This store is directed at explorers and backpackers but also at anyone looking to widen their horizon. It comes at a price though.

I go to the store for my travel needs. What I liked being in there is that I could browse the store for as long as I want without being 'disturbed' by any of the staff. I had a great experience today where one of the staff - she maybe the owner - was kind to replace a product without much fuss. I really thank her for allowing this otherwise the product would have been left to waste.

A pretty good selection of travel items and books, but I wouldn't go back just because of the customer service. One guy served while the other two staff members chatted a d didn't even recognize my presence when I entered the store, looked around trying to navigate, or in the 5 minutes I waited at the desk to pay for my items. Dissapointing. Like another user said, this is why business is migrating to Amazon

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Bought a luggage lock which did not work. Staff refused to take it back or exchange it. This store is a perfect example of why Amazon will ultimately triumph!

The Wanderlust Travellers Store have been Great!! Having had a few difficulties with trying to get warranty work done on my luggage, as soon as I spoke with them my problems were solved. They expedited the claim, it was easy, fast, no problems.

Great pre-travel store. I use it in particular for electrical adapters (Canada to whatever country I need). They are simple and small compared to the universal adapters (I own two bulky ones), and particularly fairly priced in this store (in the $3 range). Their staff also know the plug type by country off the top of their head!
