I came here for a tie and socks. A small purchase, but the staff here was still very helpful and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. I found the tie, but couldn't find socks I liked so they were more than happy to direct me to other stores where I might have more luck.

My first buy in Vancouver, as usually I stock my dresses from US. Staying in Gulf used to buy lots to friends n gift.
I found this shop is just the right place of anyone is looking for Brooks Brother.
The service was too good to be true. The manager was kind and willingly waited Enron after closing hour.

Superb service!
I normally don't write reviews, but this place genuinely deserves praise.
I always passed by the store thinking it would be smaller location. Past month the GM of the location, Zahar, visited my office inviting me to the location. I went in, and to my surprise, explored it is a massive location carrying all you can imagine, from menswear, ladies clothing to kids clothing. I initially wanted to buy three shirts using the manager's special voucher I was given, and exited the store with an Italian suit, 6 shirts, a belt, and 2 pairs of socks.
All because of the professionalism of the team, starting from the management to staff. Not once I felt I was being pushed to buy things but I felt people were helping me with my wardrobe and daily looks. Special gratitude to Zahar for visiting my office and introducing me to the store.

You've got to watch who to talk to, apparently. I called for studs, and was told they had some that fit what I was looking for. When I got there, I was offered collar stays. Not what I'm looking for when I'm in a hurry, and counting on the product that I'm told they have.

Very pleasant people, if that's what you're looking for.

One of the best experiences I've had so far in a clothing store, rather rare. Brooks Brothers is known for its great product. Although there were much more economical options available for our wedding group, what brought us into this store is the Manager's professionalism. Zafir is a true gentleman with a great professional crew working for him. From scratch he built us suits that were not only of great quality but of great affordability and fit, and we all looked the best in the hall. Thank you Zafir!
