I was very impressed by the excellent service. I had an ICBC claim and since 24 hr collision center is an express repair shop, i did not have to go to icbc. The office staff was awesome. She set me up with a courtesy car and I was on the road within ten minutes. When I picked up my van, it was fully washed in and out and ready on time ⌚ I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks also for the souvenir!

Truck box still misaligned and therefore the bumper too. I checked box mounting bolts to frame and they weren't even touched. Dropped my truck off with 85241 MILES (not kms) and got it back with 85432 on it - a difference of 191 MILES (307km) !!!??? Did they take my truck camping or what? Unbelievable! Now I have to worry where and what my vehicle was used for! Painted the bumper even though nothing was wrong with it. They billed ICBC $3500 for 1k in work. Scam artists, avoid like the plague.

I can see why they have good reviews. I brought my old black 2001 cavalier here back in 2008when someone backed into the side of my car and 2010when I rear ended someone. Both times very nice honest people who do a great job. In 2010icbc said I may not find someone to fix it for the amount they would authorize. 24 hr did.and they did a great job. I couldn't even tell the front was all bashed up. And the paint matched perfectly. Seriouslygo see these guys. You'll be glad you did. Ohthey have me a courtesy car too. I couldn't remember the gentleman's name that I dealt with but then I saw it in another review. DB Bath! Thank you for your good work DB.

Very impressed with the service I received from 24 HR Collision. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, and I felt confident throughout the process that my car was in capable hands. The work was excellent, and the car looked better when it came out than when it went in. I went in to have a bumper replaced, but they didn't stop there. The car was detailed top to bottom and small dents and dings were touched up! Very appreciative of the service I received! Thanks guys!

Couldn't have asked for better service. They were top notch from start to finish. Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided a complimentary courtesy vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. The job they performed on my vehicle was perfect, and they waxed and polished the vehicle's exterior so it looked great on pickup. They also vacuumed and shampooed the interior for free . All businesses should take note of how these guys operate. They went above and beyond, and doing small things like the shampoo and waxing without the customer having to ask shows that they care about providing an excellent service. Will 100% recommend them to anyone I know that needs any autobody work done.

Couldn't have been happier with my service from 24 hour. I never do reviews online, but figured they deserved to have their tires pumped after how well they took care of me. Had my car repaired from a collision pretty quickly and they gave me updates along the way. The ladies at customer service were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. They threw in a few extras that they didn't need to do as well.

I have been a regular customer of 24Hr Collision Center, for about five years now. They have done a wonderful job every time. They are very precise in their diagnosis of the issues, discussing various options and resolution in a very reasonable price. They are honest, hard working, and have some of the best technicians. The owner DB is very pleasant, and cooperating with any questions or concerns. I recommend this auto body to everyone! Keep up the good work guys!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly! Got my car in quickly and set me up with a courtesy car as soon as one became available. They kept in touch with the progress since it took a bit longer than originally planned. The work done looks really good. Thank you.

Best auto body shop ever! This place is not only fast and honest but they also have the best staff and customer service in the business. It took only 5 days to fix the rear bumper and the tail light of my car. On top of that, they also gave me a courtesy car while the car was in the shop so I didn't have any struggles getting back to work. My car looks amazing now. They really did an excellent job (they even cleaned the upholstery). I recommend this place 100% to anyone!

My experience with 24HR Collision Center has been the best! I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for any kind of auto repair. The customer service provided is at it's best! I very rarely write reviews but felt that It was the least I could do given the quality of service I receive over at 24 hour collision. I brought my Carola to them after a parked car opened their door into the side of my car as I was reversing into a parking space leaving a pretty ugly scrape all the way down my side door.
Costumer service was awesome, got my car in the next day. Dealt with ICBC without me having to do anything, and hooked me up with a courtesy car that was much nicer than my own (my wife didn't want to give it back).
When I did pick up my car I was stunned. They truly went way above and beyond and had the car both cleaned and polished. I had some preexisting very noticeable cracks on the rear side panel that they had taken care of for free, and they had even gone so far as to leave me a little gift bag on my seat. I was really stunned at how far they went to make sure I had a great experience and that my car was in much better shape than before.
I really can't recommend 24hr highly enough. They really go way beyond what is expected, do quality work, and make you feel valuedresponse / report this review
