Zero stars. This vet wants only your money. He charged me $200 extra for random test he said my dog needed that he didn't. No connection or care about the animals. Don't be fooled!

We started using this vet for our new kitten. So far the service has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and professional and we received wonderful advice regarding our kitten's food from one of their staff who is very knowledgeable on pet diets. They carry a locally made raw diet which shows they are forward thinking in how we take care of our companion animals.
The vet himself was warm and caring towards our pet and treated her with the utmost respect and kindness at her visits. She was recently spayed and they had her microchip info and her meds in a little bag that they hand decorated. They even called the next morning to check on her and answer our questions. All in all I find them very trustworthy. They have a live-in cat living there named Tuna who is a rescue and she is so loving and calm, which shows how well she is treated.
As a family we are very happy with their service. Their prices are competitive and we've been shown nothing but respect. They have a love for animals and that reflects in their care.response / report this review -

Dear Dr Kassam
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your compassion, time and services as a veterinarian for Alexandra.
I brought Alexandra to you 14 years ago and I cannot tell you how grateful I have been knowing that Alexandra was in your safe hands.
As you know it was extremely hard loosing my little girl as she was and still is everything to me. I'm still grieving and will be for a long time, but I just wanted you to know that I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with Alexandra.
In memory and honor of my sweet little Alexandra - I may possibly rescue 2 or 3 little dogs that need love and a good family.
Again thank you, thank you Dr. Kassam and I'm sure I'll be seeing you again as our long time Veterinarian.

Dr. Kassam has treated my two dogs and cat over the past five years. I'm very happy with his thorough treatment, advice and knowledge. He and his staff have been very helpful, caring and patient with me and my pets. They've been especially helpful with booking appointments around my work schedule and accommodated me when my pets needed urgent care.
