Will NEVER use this clinic again. I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of Dr. Pawel Biernacki. My poor cat was listless and not eating and having trouble standing. I made an appointment in the evening as this was the only time i could get a sitter for my baby girl. Dr. Pawel Biernacki took my cat out of the carrier and dropped her on the floor from counter height! When I got upset, he told me it was my fault for not holding her and told me I'd have to find another vet.

I took my rabbit here when my regular vet was closed for the day as he wasn't feeling well. For a vet that claims to be familiar with treating rabbits he really didn't see the urgency of my rabbit's medical condition as he stopped eating and pooping which is seen as critical in rabbits. Instead of starting some sort of treatment he kept insisting that we wait another day to see if the blockage he had passes naturally. Against my better judgement I listened and the vet's office was suppose to call me the next day to follow up. My rabbit died that night and I still never did receive that phone call from the clinic

I have been bringing my fur babies here for 12+ years. The staff and Dr B have seen us through a lot and certainly there will be more to come. I trust his opinion and his judgement but if I brought an issue to him or said I wanted to treat a different way or at a different vet, he has supported me. If I call and say it's urgent I get in, the girls squeeze me in asap. I have lived in Vancouver for the last 10 years and except for cancer treatments for one dog, which North Road does not do, I would not go anywhere else. And we are in frequently.

Such an amazing place! You know how you care about your little furry friends, well they do as well! They are professional, efficient and friendly - it's like they are part of your family! You can also count on them when you need them in emergency, etc..

Brought in my kitten for all vaccines and neutering. Friendly staff and a veterinarian who is easy to talk to. Never a long wait.

The staff are good, so we stayed with North Road even though we didn't really connect or feel supported by Dr. Biernacki. Big mistake. I believe the decisions made were more for the benefit of his business and not for our pet. I do not recommend at all.

Went for the first time and loved whole staff there n place. Receptionist was nice and Vet was awesome.
