I am extremely happy with my choice to stick with Walnut Grove animal hospital as my primary pet clinic for my puppy Chime. The hospital has the best customer service. They call to remind you of appointments to check your pet’s health status. I have had many dogs in my life but never a pet clinic that truly cares about their patients and owners. The staff along with the vets seems to love what they do whole-heartedly. Every person here is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They take their time with you and answer all questions without the feeling of being rushed for another appointment. I also have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I have an appointment. They have 2 vets, mine being Dr. Garg who is just delightful and very straightforward. He has even given me tips to help with training. Their treatments are budget friendly. I always have a great experience and my pup looks forward to every visit as they all shower her with love and attention.

We've used Walnut Grove Animal Hospital for over 4 years. We're very happy with the service they provide, especially for our dog who has developed allergies in the past few years. They are always compassionate and helpful. We'll continue to use and recommend them in the future!

The veterinarian and staff of Walnut Grove Animal Hospital have been taking care of our two cats for four years now they are the best staff we have ever come across. One of our cats had some urinary blockage problems in the past and they knew what exactly to do and which food to prescribe. They kept a check on the cat health through a series of scheduled phone calls and ensured we are updated about the visit to the clinic, which was nice. We ordered our prescription cat food from them, and they are always great about setting it aside for us until we come pick it up. Going to the vet, Dr. Bedi is always a happy experience, he really seems to care and empathize.

I am not happy with this hospital. The vet doesn't seem to have much knowledge on cats' diseases and treatments but only acts as a middle man to arrange numerous expensive medical tests which they made money with but didn't help my cat at all. After spending so much money for the tests, you couldn't cure your pet and it died miserably, what's the point of going to this hospital? I think the vet is only good at simple work like neutering/spaying or dental cleaning. Also, I don't like two of their receptionists working there, one is a young Caucasian and the other is an older Caucasian. They were rude, cold and didn't seem to have empathy towards my dying cat, especially the younger one. She only cares about getting money from me. When I said I would first take my cat out of the their cage to put it in my carrier, she was continuously watching me as if I would run away without paying. Also she didn't respond when I asked her to cut my cat's medication into smaller pieces. When I went back there, she gave me the evil cold look again. My poor cat passed away now. Even if I have another cat in the future, I would never go back there.---------THIS IS MY REPLY TO YOUR CLINIC'S RESPONSE TO MY PREVIOUS COMMENT. PIEPETTY IS NOT MY REAL NAME. IT IS ONLY MY NICK NAME. OF COURSE, IT IS NOT ON YOUR DATABASE. IT IS TRUE I WENT TO YOUR HOSPITAL LAST NOVEMBER AND SPENT MORE THAN $1000 ON THE MEDICAL TESTS FOR MY CAT. IF YOU CHECK YOUR DATABASE YOU WILL KNOW WHICH CASE IT WAS. I AND MY HUSBAND ASKED YOU MANY QUESTIONS BUT YOU COULDN'T GIVE PROPER ANSWERS AT ALL. IT IS ALSO TRUE WE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL WHEN OUR CAT WAS ABOUT TO PASS AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT, AND MY EXPERIENCE OVER THERE WAS TERRIBLE TOO, THAT'S WHY I MADE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT THEM TOO, AND IF YOU READ MY REVIEW PROPERLY, YOU WOULD KNOW IT IS A DIFFERENT REVIEW NOT THE SAME. HOW DOES IT MAKE ME A COMPETITOR??? DOES IT MEAN THAT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU HAVE WERE MADE BY YOU, YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY? AND WHERE IS THE "RACIST" COMMENT THAT I MADE? We were travelling through Langley when my dog fuzzy developed health issues and started vomiting a lot. Found walnut grove animal hospital on google and went there. The staff was very nice and quickly fixed an emergency appointment with doc. Dr. Garg is an experienced vet he us time and understood the situation. Gave Fuzzy medicine and asked us to wait at hospital for an hour to observe. Fuzzy responded well and then doctor recommended a specific vegtable diet and gave medicine for rest of the trip. Fuzy was better after that and we enjoyed the trip. I'm Glad I found this animal hospital online. Thanks again for the help.

I went to this animal hospital when my 11 almost 12 year old dog had blood in his urine. I had a urinalysis done and blood test. The Dr told me that something was going on with his kidney.. possibly kidney disease but i would need more tests done and that there was signs of infection possibly. He prescribed antibiotics which i found out after was bad for his kidneys. I had called the doctor to let him know that his urine was back to normal and asked what that may mean and he didnt give me a clear answer. The blood in his urine returned and i called him again and he told me to bring him in right away and wanted to stick a needle in his bladder to excrete the urine however i didnt want to do anything like that and did some research that said using a needle and peeing it out has the same results so i was very unhappy that he wanted to put my dog through that. The blood was not in his urine for more than a month then out of the blue it came back so i went to my regular vet which i should have done in the first place because he was against giving him antibiotics and gave me a much clearer explanation of the blood test and urinalysis than the Dr at walnut grove.

We recently switched to this vet when our very old and very sick cat needed to be put down. Our own vet was not sympathetic, yet this vet came to our home on a Sunday to end our beloved cat's suffering. He was so kind and comforting during the whole process and even gave me a hug when it was done. It made the difficult task a little easier as we knew we were doing the right thing. We have brought our dog and other cat to him since. Great place!

These guys are great! I live right in the area, and they have always been able to help me with my cat..with very little notice. Their hours are good too..still gives me time to do things after work with no stress. They have always been friendly and accommodating..will continue to use their services..happily

This is the best vet around. Before my dog passed what used to take him here and the vet has the best bedside pet manner of an event that I've experienced. The prices are reasonable and the care is always top notch. Now we take my rabbits here for nail trims and vet visits and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hi I have been taking Maya my Chinese crested powder puff since she was 2 years old and the Dr. There is very cordial and friendly with me and Maya. Here they are very reasonable with the pricing. डॉ. Always gives माया free samples to try out. I would always recommend my friends, and infact have and they found it reasonable too and found the Dr. And staff friendly and cordial too.

We have had wonderful support from Dr. Garg and the staff over the last 9 years. With two rescue cats and a rescue dog, we never knew what challenges may lay ahead. Dr. Garg was always honest and realistic in treating our pets, offering compassion and understanding - even when I was in tears making the final decision to end the suffering of one of our cats. Their suggestion of a final framed footprint was wonderful and Bobbi's memory has a place of honor in our home. As long as we live in Langley we will be bringing our pets here.

Dr. Garg and his team are simply amazing! We adopted a rescue puppy who is quite sick and suffering from an ulcer in her cornea. We've felt extremely comfortable, and calm, knowing that she is in the care of Walnut Grove Animal Hospital. Each time we visit, we experience friendly, polite service where everyone is patient and more than willing to answer any questions we may have. Dr. Garg's team has been calling frequently to follow up on our puppy's progress at home, which is a nice reminder to know that they truly do care. I would definitely recommend Walnut Grove Animal Hospital - you will not be disappointed!
