Dr. MacDonald is very caring and out vet of choice. Very compassionate and listens to all of our concerns.

Had been going here for years, called in when my golden was really sick and couldn't figure out what was wrong, only to be told they were too busy to fit her in. Service up until this point had been good, but I won't risk them not having time for us in an emergency.

This is an excellent clinic with friendly, caring staff who made sure I understood everything that was happening to my dog. I love in Vancouver but went to Langley to have my dog spayed because, to be honest, their fee was less than half of what I would have had to pay closer to home and I'm on a fixed income. I'd heard the Langley clinic was top-notch and so, feeling a bit sheepish for making such an important choice because of the cost, I made an appointment and drove in early in the morning. The building is beautiful and roomy enough that pets don't have to be crowded together in the waiting room, which is very important for some dogs and cats. Dr. Laura examined my dog thoroughly and was very kind and gentle when my dog was nervous. The clinic called me to give a progress report and set up the discharge appointment. I was very pleased with the complete set of printed instructions they provided about my dog's post-op needs, pain meds and comfort. I felt well-designed and confident that my dog had received the best care possible. If I lived closer to Langley I would use this clinic for all my dog's care, regardless of the cost. That's how good I feel about my experience.

I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. I was so distraught by loosing my dear cat that I did not catch anybody’s name at the clinic but to the 2 receptionists I dealt with, the nurse and the surgeon that assisted me with the outmost compassion last week: Thank you.
They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.response / report this review -

Nice big waiting room, coffee machine, washroom, food, treats, toys available for purchase. I have never seen a vet I didn't like here, very thorough and will talk with you about options.

I have had great service here. Good advice on kitty care and never try to sell me something. My cat has not had serious issues yet but I wouldn't hesitate to take her here if she did.

On Sunday our cat was not in a good way - despite calling late in the day they were able to get our cat in for an appointment here that same day and immediately be seen by a vet. After running tests, the following day we had to admit our cat into the hospital part of the clinic. I felt like they really wanted to make sure our cat was happy and as comfortable as he could be in his enclosure despite his condition. Every one of the technicians in the hospital clearly cares a lot for the animals there and were able to give us updates on his status and relay information from the vet. The only downside of this clinic Is they are very busy, so sometimes you have to wait 10-25 mins even when you are there at the scheduled time. Our cat was there for 3 days and overall we were very impressed with all the staff and the level of care our cat received during his stay there, the bill was much lower than we expected too. I trust them 100% with any future health concerns with my pets.

The reason I gave them one star is because google doesn't have a "negative one star" option. Spend the extra money if you can and take your pets to better clinic.

They made me feel very comfortable with leaving both my dog and cat who have both been spayed at this clinic. I have recommended them to all my friends. I even drive out of the way to go there.

Staff are great, most doctors are wonderful. Only have had one bad experience, buy since them its been wonderful. I love the long hours means I can take my pet in after work. Such a great place.

I am a dairy farmer and I've had very good luck with their vets. Their hours are also very nice being able to go after work is awesome.
