I have never felt so disrespected ! Costumer service is TERRIBLE ! The staff makes my head hurt the service is PATHETIC The females at the location are not pleasant ( why are they in customer service ) they're approach to the whole thing is disgusting , I was dealt with as if I was bothering them , I am so thankful to find a new place THANK GOD ! you cant treat ppl like that .. also products are ok just making good / alright !

Very very diluted essential oil. Poor and very poor quality product.
I will never pass near this place. I bought organic and non organic peppermint essential oil there it is not far from water. Peppermint in the diffuser looks like milk

Look online before you go and then ask for the products you are looking for. This is important as the shop has mostly everything in the back room and you must ask to have something brought out. I purchased the jasmine absolute, it smells amazing. I also think their prices are fair. I just wish the layout of the store was more customer friendly.

Very friendly and efficient customer service. Not the highest quality of ingredients, but the more basic stuff is always fresh and consistent. I wouldn't recommend buying essential oils from here as they are of very low quality, but the absolutes are lovely and the dilutions are well-priced yet still very potent.

These reviews must all be completely faked. Puchased an order of bottles in person, and not only were they very rude and unprofessional, they essentialy threw the bottles into a bag, with stems and sprayers seperated and not cut to size. Upon inpsection, the sprays and caps were all dented and the bottles were dirty. End result, so far 2 of the sprayers are faulty. I shoud have listened to my gut instinct and ordered online from a reputable dealer.

Drove all the way there, arrived at 2pm and it was closed. Business hours are clearly posted on the door which stated 3pm. Very disappointing and waste of time and gas.
