This is one of my favourite locations. It's always busy but the staff are quick and the food is great. I've never had a bad experience here in the multiple times I've been. My favourite dish to order is the chicken parm. It's juicy and loaded with cheese and the pasta is never over cooked.

I understand Saturday nights are busy. But to wait 1 hour to get a kids meal and 2 hours to get adult meals is just general poor service. Out right terrible team service. Terrible!

I came here around 8pm with my girlfriend. The food was good however our server was quite unprofessional weirdly enough only to me. I always try to be as curtious as possible and always include my pleases and thankyou's. I also don't usually ever leave a bad review but the service just left a bad taste in my mouth when i left. Any time my girlfriend asked for anything our sever would kindly oblige but any time I asked for anything the answer was condescending and rude. Even my girlfriend pointed it out and joked about how she just really dosn' t seem to like me. I don't know if it was because of my gender but whatever the reason in didn't sit well with me and I found myself being worried to ask for any food at the risk of getting another condescending answer. Even at the end of the meal when we payed our split bill I payed and she said nothing and then my girlfriend payed and she thanked my girlfriend and told only her to have a good day not even acknowledging me.

Food is good, portion sizes are very small, pay for extra chicken and you get under 100 grams for $3.99. Tell the waitress that you will share the all you can eat soup and they will refuse if you ask for more soup! CAA discount does not apply if you order any promotions. They use the same kitchen utensils on dessert as on the vegetables, found leafy greens on our dessert. Very disappointed with my East Side Mario experience and most likely will never return to this location!

Very poor service. Waited half an hour for a table - we were told so that's fine. We were seated. Our drink order was taken right away. Drinks were water and soda. Didn't receive until 15mins later. Finally took our order. Waited 30mins. Got 1 round of salad and soup. Bread didn't come until 45mins later. Asked to speak to a manager regarding the lack of service. She couldn't care less. Looked at me like I was the one not doing my job and didn't even apologize. Will never go back. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Will probably shut down like the others.

Used to love coming here! My kids like Italian food and since Brampton doesn't have a lot of choices, we adjust our standards and found ESMarios to be good enough. Until this year. Pastas are bland and dry, servings seem rushed and they took out our favourite Scallop Bacon Carbonara. Servers/Staff are definitely uninspired. Overall, the place has deteriorated. To be fair, the fresh bread, soups and salads are still ok. Oh, and the new menus look great. (Too bad we can't eat them. 😝) I really hope things improve. Such a waste of a potentially great business.

Ordered two meals with unlimited salad and bread..they threw bread on our table.then my pasta came.after that my salad.then my drink. I've never felt so rushed to get out of a restaurant in my life. Worst service😶

Would have preferred to rate 0 star! Server was a nice girl but took so long for our food, refills and bill. Walls and menus were dirty. The food was bland and nothing like what the menu described. The manager didn't seem to care when we complained. I thought we were being a bit harsh but the 2 tables next to us were just as upset and had to wait so long. The gentleman had to go outside to cool off because he was so upset. Just not what it used to be! So disappointed and would never go back. They gave us a $20 voucher towards our next meal. I don't know why because I will never use it.

I ask the my steak to be well done and it was burnt to the taste. No flavour in the dishes. The server, although he was nice, was definitely new and made numerous mistakes. No one ask how we were doing or how is our meal. When we came in we wanted dessert, when we got our main dish, we opted out. Couldn't take one more disappointment.

The food was great and prices are fair. The waiting time for seating is horrible. 90% of tables were empty, yet they managed to keep us waiting 10 mins before I asked for the manager who got us seated in seconds.

Had to wait 25 mins to get a table. Then had the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. So slow. Server had to be new or something because he was awful. Then pasta was so over cooked I didn't even eat it. Server did nothing to accommodate us nor cared we complained about the food. Then when we went to pay we had our scene card out and he didn't even use it. Then told us it was to late when we questioned it. Would not recommend this location. (We also drove 45 mins to get to an eastside because I'm pregnant and was really craving it) awful!!

Our server was good throughout the night but when it came down to paying different things happened that i didn't like 1. She took my 2 friends bills and their money and didn't bring back our change or anything it gotten to the point that i had to get the manager and the manager told her to give us her change and the server had so much attitude and dashed my friends change on there take out pan and in their hand plus she ignored us and mad rude faces i don't think the birthday girl should be upset at her own birthday dinner

Quality of food has changed so much it's embarrassing! We had been regulars for over 8 years, but it was taken over my new owners and our dining experiences went from wonderful to infuriating. Customer service went down the drain, there is never enough food "sorry but we're sold out" and the price for food is ridiculous! They serve you half of what they did not even a year ago! We are done with this place! Don't even get me started on the bar staff. We will no longer hold events here or bring family and friends.
