Great service and very friendly people. They provide best possible solution based on your budget. I am not sure about other locations but this particular location is very good.

Got my glasses yesterday. They are perfect. The staff has been wonderful and amazingly helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me with a huge problem over the phone. I will never go to another shop! Thanks girls for all you do!!!!!!!

Great customer service. I had an issue with ordering frames which did not fit correctly and I wasn't in the country long enough to be able to get them fixed. However Purba were nice enough to reorder frames for me and ship the glasses to US. The lenses seem to be high quality and on spec with the prescription. So far no issues with them.

atrocious service. I ordered lens for my sister. When I went to pick them up. No order, No lens. No nothing. The guy there called the lady that took our order she swore that we never came before.All two days before a marriage. Save your money and energy go else where.

Horrible rude employees and owner. After you buy glasses they will be rude to you. All their glasses are overpriced.
