Awful experience. The staff did not label my given samples at all. 4 days later of waiting for results and no one called to inform me my samples were lost and not labelled. I found this all out myself after checking on lifelabs for my "results" online. Very upsetting and still no diagnosis.

Absolutely terrible. Staff absolutely doesn't know what they are doing. It takes them 2 years to schedule an MRI, even after doctor referred to it 3 times. They're losing everything and doesn't know who is doing what.

I don't believe these reviews are real. My wait time was nearly 2 hours, after I called to confirm, and they said the wait time very short.

Very rude and arrogant Dr. only spent 5 minutes or so with me, I will go to the other walk in from now on!

The physicians and staff are friendly. The TV with playing movie are very kids friendly. Pharmacy is easily accessible. This clinic is truly a stop shop.

I just love this walk-in. The staff are friendly, helpful and organized. Dr. El Masry is great, he knows his stuff and cares about his patients. The pharmacist is nice and helpful too! Overall, a great experience everytime I have to go there.

The most unhelpful and rude receptionists . They don't return your phone message, not quite sure why they even have a answering machine if they don't bother to check them . Totally unprofessional!

I've always had a good experience at this walk-in. I much prefer it over any other walk-in in Bolton. Have never had any negative experiences and unlike other places, have always been treated with respect & kindness. Great reception staff make all of the difference!
