Been trying to schedule a massage for past 2 days and only getting "will call back" response. At least show show professionalism before hanging up the phone. No idea how good/bad the staff is but their phone etiquette are raw. This review is purely based on before massage experience.

Dont do couples massages so dont waste time calling and only do 1 hour massages for $95?? This is the first time I've heard that there is no 30 min or 45 min sessions for 1st timers

The Therapists are really good at Back2Back therapy. Antonio and Tina are the best RMT that I have ever had! The Great Customer Service from all staff members. Back2Back therapy really takes care of their clients and I agree it is a little hidden treasure of Brampton. I would not go anywhere else !!!

They process your insurance right there so it saves you the hassle of submitting expense and the massage I had was pretty good.
