  Came in to inquire about tux rentals for our upcoming wedding. The staff was helping someone else and didn't greet me. After waiting around 5 minutes in their very small store while browsing their displays, they still hadn't acknowledged my existence, so I left forever.

  The manager at the Nanaimo location is VERY unprofessional, she was beyond rude too my and my fiancé , reasoning be is because I was looking for cheap last minute rental, she acted as if me looking for a deal was that I wasn't good enough too rent with them, definitely won't be going back at all. Will not be suggesting this location too anyone . Made me and my fiancé feel like white trash.

  I've come to Black and Lee a few times over the years, and the staff has always been great, but just recently they went above and beyond. I had ordered a vest and tie somewhat last minute to replace the one I had planned to wear for my wedding. The lady at the store said it would be in on the Thursday before my wedding. I called on Thursday, and was told something had gone wrong: my order hadn't arrived.
  Now, at this point, it was too late to correct, and I thought they might offer me store credit or try to get me into another vest, but no. Instead, the woman I spoke to offered to personally take home the vest I had tried in-store and alter its fit for my big day. I was shocked!
  I could not be happier. The price, the service, everything Perfect. Thank you so much!
