  This is actually meant for the Mill bay store..Its true that stores can redeem themselves. I would change the stars to 5 but it wont let me. We had some problems after taking delivery of our first new 5th wheel. After the 3rd visit by the RV Technician the Mill Bay store manager called me and offered to replace our 5th wheel with a new one because of the problems that we were having. We accepted their offer and received a new 5th wheel. They let us come up to a 2017 model and even let us change to a different floor plan. I believe few if any RV dealerships would make this offer. We have gone on to make 2 other RV deals with the same store. People make mistakes but its how you deal with the mistakes that really counts! We are very happy with how things turned out. I will continue to deal with the Mill Bay Store

  Worst experience Ever!! Will never deal with these guys again. Purchased a new 2016 5th wheel from the Mill Bay store December of 2016. The deal went good until we took delivery, that's when it all fell apart. The unit wasn't washed when they delivered. It had about a year's worth of crap on it. Absolutely filthy. The roof was covered in branches and pine needles. They never even swept the roof off and the really sad part about that is they installed a fan so they were up on the roof.
  
  Unit was delivered to Nanaimo store where we picked it up. Unit wasn't locked. They left it unlocked in an unsecured lot.
  
  Unit was supposed to have vent covers in the storage compartment and I would install. They didn't. I had to chase these down.
  
  They were supposed to contact me when unit left Mill Bay and I would meet them at the Nanaimo store so we could get set up before a pending winter storm hit. They didn't contact me. I called them at 2 pm asking what happened they said "Oh the unit was delivered at noon". Now it's too late to get unit and get set up. The storm hits and it's 3 days before I can get it.
  
  I called the Mill Bay store manager and complained. He just defended every thing and basically called me a liar. Sad company they are. Would I deal with this company again? Not even in the wildest dreams!

  RUN!!!!! Treat you really well until after you buy a unit, and if you are female well they treat you like you have no brains, and talk down to you.
  I will NEVER buy another RV from these people EVER again.
  Their customer service needs serious repair.
  Just my personal opinion.
