  I don't rate things very often, but when I do it's because I have strong feelings about them. We just bought a "new to us" Tiguan from Harbourview VW and are so very happy with it and with the whole experience dealing with the team at Harbourview. We let them know what we were looking for, they got one for us and went above and beyond our expectations taking care of every detail in each department from Sales to Parts to Service. The care they took with us, their customers has motivated me to share this with the public so others can enjoy the same excellent treatment. Thank you Harbourview!

  Phenomenal place to buy a vehicle. Amazing staff and a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Friendly, personable, and genuine sales reps.
  
  I walked onto the lot knowing what I wanted and drove off the lot in two hours with my new Jetta!

  I recently bought a brand new car from here. Although there was a couple little problems with the car at first everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make it right. Steve Arnold was a great salesman not pushy at all which I like! Then dealing with the service department and kevin after was also very nice. Love my vehicle now! Thank you harborveiw!

  Detailing is second to none! My husband is over the moon with the results! After getting my car detailed, which he made me beg for saying I could do it myself, he had his truck in to be detailed the following week.

  Nigel, in the Parts Department, customer service was exceptional! I would describe his actions as going above and beyond what was expected and he should be commended for creating a welcoming, friendly and helpful atmosphere. Here's the background. I had come into the parts department because someone had broken into my car and stole whatever they could including my locking lug key, for my wheels. This happened months earlier but now it was time to rotate out the winter tires and I needed to forcefully remove the lockable lug nuts, that I no longer had a lug-key for. Nigel explained that their shop had a master lug-key set and he could easily replace the lugs by using this master set. He actually removed the locked lug nuts and replaced them with regular ones, right there on the spot. Amazing Service!! Thanks Again Nigel!

  Dear David and Kevan,
  
  I just wanted to take a minute to express my sincere gratitude for my recent car purchase.
  
  I have dealt with several car dealerships over the years and I have always left with a negative experience.
  
  Right from the start of my email conversations with you David, it felt way better. Your communication was friendly, helpful and never pushy. I so appreciated that you were willing to work with me through the 'negotiations' to make it work for both of us.
  
  Coming over by ferry from the mainland was only a minor inconvenience given the smooth transaction once we got there. The whole process of the test drive, trade in, paperwork and insurance was really easy and so appreciated.
  
  I absolutely love my new golf and having such a positive experience makes it all the better.
  
  My husband and I have even joked about coming over there to get it serviced because our experience was so good.
  
  Keep up the great work Harbourview VW! I will be pleased to recommend you anytime I can.
