Thank you to the Galaxy Motors family for helping me get into a car I love for a price that I can afford! As someone with no credit I didn't believe it was possible for me to get into such a nice ride. One of my co-workers recommend the dealership to me and I'm so glad I took his advise. They have a great selection of gently used cars and even brought the car up from another city for me to test drive. I really felt listened to and the whole team worked very hard to get me top dollar for my trade in, a great interest rate and a quality used car backed with a great warranty. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and confident that I now have a beautiful and reliable vehicle for years to come. I highly recommend you pay them a visit and see what they can do for you!

They were very helpful, got us the van we wanted moved from Duncan in the same day. It was gassed up, washed, ready to go, and we got $2k off the price for our nearly dead van we already had. They even let us borrow another van on the lot while the our van was being brought in from Duncan, so we could still do school pick up and art class drop off.
They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get what we need. Clayton was very good to us. I would recommend this place for anyone, even if you are on a budget.response / report this review -

Got approved for a vehicle the same day, thanks to these lovely humans. Went in with the intention of just seeing what they had, and ended up leaving with a new vehicle. There was no massive pressure when I made it very clear what we could afford, and we are really happy with our new van! Ashley was very personable, as were all of the other people working in the office. They played with my kids, put up with my hours of ho-humming and even gave a round of applause when we said yes. 💙It was truly a great experience. I would recommend visiting this lot when you're looking for your next vehicle!

Great place to buy a car!
I hate buying vehicles I really dislike the games and usual tricks of uping the price.
The staff were really helpful and down to earth answered all my questions about the vehicle
I was looking for. Was given a great finance rate. They give all their customers
Free car washes for life. If you go on a Friday to get your car washed you'll get a hot dog and popcorn.
I'm really happy with my new car and glad I bought it from them
I've recommend to a few friends and they've all bought from their cars from them also.
One of my friends bought her first car from Galaxy a year ago she went back and bought a second car from them recently.response / report this review -

1 star review for these guys. My wife and I came in wanting to sell our jeep to them. Having never done anything like this before, we asked a lot of questions. This brought up red flags right away. They said we had to sign these transfer documents and they would ground the vehicle and send us a check tomorrow. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there and signing over our car without getting the money first. We were very polite and calm, but I guess we started to ask too many questions because the manager came out and was not happy. His words: "I don't understand why you have all these questions and why you are uncertain about us, it's like you are weirded out by us, I am kind of weirded out by you being weirded out by us, and now you want to take the car home and sign the documents at home? "We should be the ones who are unsure about you guys, cause we are the customers" My wife and I were completely shocked. First of all his tone of voice and attitude was very aggressive and Their lack of customer service was astonishing. Because nothing was explained, they just wanted us to sign a bunch of forms, the whole process was a mystery to us. My wife and I have both worked in the customer service and retail industry for over ten years and their complete lack of tact was astonishing. Needless, to say we said thank you but no thank you, and walked out the door without signing anything. Thank God the manager showed his true colors. Word of advice, do your research and don't sign anything, especially if they start to get aggressive, if all you are trying to do is read and understand the contract and the whole process.

I had SUCH a great experience with Galaxy motors. The atmosphere there is so welcoming and comfortable. They have a wide range of high quality vehicles so you are bound to find what you are looking for. The staff are very friendly and really work as a team to take care of you. I was especially impressed by the financial department who made talking numbers an enjoyable part of the process.
I had felt intimidated just thinking about buying a car especially because I really don't know a lot about them but I was instantly put at ease and really felt they were working with me, rather than for their own gains. I can't say enough. I am now the very proud owner of a 2013 yellow Fiat 500 with a payment plan that totally works for my budget. If you are looking for a new-to-you vehicle do not pass up the opportunity to be served by Galaxy motors!response / report this review -

I can't stop grinning!!!
Needed a new vehicle due to the untimely death of my last. Was not keen on going into debt further, so was hesitant that there was something out there that was going to make me happy at a price I could actually afford.
AMAZING customer services at Galaxy Motors, thank you Clayton! There was absolutely no pressure - Clayton just patiently answered all my questions and helped me walk away with EXACTLY what I was after. Awesome experience. I've been to multiple dealerships here in Nanaimo and no one was able to do what Galaxy did! They got us a better vehicle than the one we had, more features, more comfortable and able to suite my family. The service is awesome, quick and efficient. The workers are super laid back and easy to talk to. We left more than happy with the out come and the service we received! We will definantly be staying with Galaxy Motors from here on out.

Agreed on a price for a vehicle, and put a $500 deposit down. It was later Friday evening and my bank was closed (Financing) so I asked if it was alright to come in on Monday. They agreed. I called on Sunday to set up a time and they informed me they had sold the vehicle. Their word means nothing. Terrible business.

I can't believe how amazingly fast and easily the team at nanaimo galaxy motors got me into a vehicle. Joe was so helpful and friendly, I gave him a rough idea of what I was after and could afford to pay and the next day I got the perfect vehicle to suit my driving needs and still be really affordable. Thanks Steve and the financing deptartment for helping me get financing easily even with damaged credit! - they even generously paid my insurance for 3 months to help me get on the road. Thanks so much for helping me out. Awesome service and great people. 5/5
