Very very friendly staff, and easy to get to from the Airport via the light rail link (which is free to use). Airport is listed on the destination screens for the railway too. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but does have a "breakfast bar" type food court, so you are stuck buying snack/ pre-prepared food or eating in the airport. If you are on a tight budget there is a 7-11 nearby accessed via the bridge to the car park. This serves hot food on-a-stick and snacks.

Great interior design, comfortable room, fast and friendly check in 24 hours a day, 24 hour grab and go stocked with nice variety of food items, and good sized gym. Very convenient to Pearson airport. My only complaint is that they don't offer bottled water in the room and the tap water wasn't great (over aerated, so came out milky white).

Only visited as a guest for a business meeting. Food was first class. Meeting facilities were perfect. Staff at the front desk we're friendly, inviting and helpful. All-in-all a great visit.

Very nice hotel. Great amenities, very nice rooms and friendly staff! Almost everything needed for a great hotel. Unfortunately, meal options are very limited and the area doesn't have many restaurants so breakfast isn't something to be relied on here. They have a small selection of bagels and muffins, yogurt and if you are there early enough à breakfast sandwhich or two. Bearing this in mind however, this is still an excellent place to stay.

Very Clean. New-ish. Google office type look. Great overnight stop. Can walk to from airport. Coffee bar. Also great to host meetings and corporate events. Paid parking extra.

I love the rooms at the Alt - clean and modern. The bathrooms are bright and clean. The hotel decor is fun and the staff are incredibly friendly. I just wish they had some more standard hotel amenities like vending machines rather than having to buy food from the bar.

Quirky hotel that has a hip design with functionality in mind. The service staff are accommodating yet not so overbearing. Has a great location next to the Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal Shuttle as well as parking garages. Although the cafe/food place is cool, there should be more food variety and definitely an elegant bar to go with the city feel in the design.

Convenient to the airport. Take the Link train (free) to Viscount. It takes 3 minutes from Terminal 1. It's the only hotel at that stop. The staff is super helpful, in letting us know if we wanted to go downtown within 8 hours to purchase UP Express for layover and it cost only $12, versus, $9 each way. They also have a small convenience food store that is open 24 hours with the bar closing at 1am. The gym is adequate with about 8 pieces of equipment, they will lend you a yoga mat from Lululemon. It's definitely caters to business travelers. Not much to do around, but so easy to get to downtown using the UP Express, which takes about 25 minutes. The hotel is clean, nice size, and well maintained. Modern aesthetic design.

Had a really great experience! Rooms were awesome, modern design and really comfy beds. Just a free and quick train ride to the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. They are very flexible with check out times which is really nice if your flight is a little later in the day. Would definitely recommend staying here, will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is decent for a quick stay. The room is smaller, but sheik and modern. The bed was excellent. Hotel staff was friendly. A little over priced for what you get, but overall it was good. A quick 2 min walk to get to the tram to take you to airport. (if it's winter, make sure you have a jacket). I would stay again. I liked the covered garage option for the park and fly.

Although hotel Toronto Airport was an amazing hotel! It was so easy to get in and out, they had really nice rooms. It was a great experience. The building is very tall and not wide, so the rooms are a bit small, but cozy and functional. It's at the last stop on the courtesy shuttle from the airport.

Friendly staff, easy to book and check in/out. Could do a better job at explaining how the lights work in the room, but otherwise no complaints. Very clean and comfortable with lovely beds.

This trendy and most convenient hotel will not disappoint. Located within 2 minutes walk to the rail system at the parking lots this hotel offers super comfortable beds with lovely duvets walk in shower and lots of amenities. If you are Disabled you can request a wheelchair and porter to get you from the hotel to the Airport.

This is a superbly designed and well thought out hotel.
The location is great, attached to the light rail station.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
There is a simple bar and small foods centre.
The room design is ultra efficient and the materials are all modern.
The rooms are clean and quiet.
These suites are generally priced lower than the immediate high end hotels nearby. However, they are ideal for business customers rather than families, simply because they are compact and not designed for little ones to run around.
