The hotel looks and feels a little older. But a lot of renovations have been done. Mostly clean and everything is functional and not much to complain except for the 100$ deposit which you have to authorise. Pretty old fashioned that!

Honestly wish I could give less then 1 star. I feel that 1 star is more then they deserve. My husband and I stayed here with his parents. Rooms are dated and not the cleanest. But we knew that going in. The worst was the shuttle driver, he picked us up from the airport to go get our car from the hotel. I ran into the hotel to use their washroom while my husband packed the bags into the car. Not realizing that I had left my purse in the main seating area of the shuttle. As it was late we were the only ones in the shuttle, and were the last pick up for the driver that night. When I retured the driver was gone and everything was packed. We left. I asked about my purse and my father in law said that it might have been packed into the trunk by mistake. Needless to say when we got home and emptied the trunk. It was nowhere to be found. The next day I phoned the hotel and they said nothing had been returned by the driver. I called the airport, police and the hotel again. And still nothing. I'm not typically a forgetful person. It was late and we were quite jet lagged. I'm certain that the driver took my purse and did not report it. My husband's wallet as well as mine were in my bag along with an early Christmas gift, a video camera. To record my husband and my first trip together, 3 weeks before Christmas. Needless to say we were very heartbroken and disappointed. Hope he needed the money is really all we can say. Not that we had any. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I found them to be very cold. Cared little for my issues. Terrible customer service. Not worth your money.

I'm not even going to lay down. I booked last minute for the extending parking.Ive never in my life been more sketched out in a hotel and I've travelled in some crazy places. There's a creepy guy hanging out in the hallway, the whole place smells like weed, and I'm pretty sure there's a hooker in the lobby. Just about left but it's reading week and everything is full.
No matter how cheap Don't stay here.response / report this review -

Where do I start? My husband and I, along with another couple stayed at this hotel for one night in order to park our vehicle while we were away. The deal seemed too good to be true! After entering the hotel lobby and smelling a strong baby powder odour, I knew we were not off to a good start. What odours where they trying to mask? While checking in, a (what looked like a homeless) woman approached the counter asking the clerk for change for a quarter. While this seemed odd, we chuckled about it and went on our way. The hotel room was extremely dated and was not clean (it also smelled like baby powder). I found a long black curly hair on the hand towel. The bathroom grout was black and looked like it was covered in mold. The ceiling was partly caved in as well. I slept fully clothed with my hoodie zipped to my chin.
I am not sure if this is related, but it's worth mentioning. The couple we were with reserved and payed for the room with their credit card. Two days before we returned to Canada, their credit card was duplicated and someone had a $900 spending spree on their behalf. Seems pretty sketchy as the only place the card was used in the Toronto area was this hotel.
Just don't stay here. If you do, bring a hazmat suit for sleeping.response / report this review -

Kind of a dive. Very very dated although you can tell it would have been fabulous day, back in the 50s. Did park and fly and was mildly concerned whether my car would be there upon my return. (It was.) It's in a sketchier part of town. Staff were above excellent.
